Room as described! Need a scooter though
Pros:

It was very private and the security was good, we did not have to worry about anyone breaking in and taking our stuff. Collecting the key was very easy and the room was as described, with a good balcony and air-conditioning

Cons:

The location was a little far from the main area of Vung Tau, but that could be due to the back beach being under construction. There was little help in the ways of getting set up in Vung Tau but other than that it was good

Cons:

look up the reviews on google , the apartment is fine but if you think your coming here to use the pool and gym easily you are in for a surprise, when you enter building b to access the pool you can be waiting for up to 20 mins or longer to just get on the lift, the apartment is in building c which i had no trouble on at all

Almost nothing.

Cons:

Very dirty apartment, without basic kitchen equipment like glasses, knives, forks, plates etc... dirty sheets, only 3 small towels for 5 people. Dirty bathroom, shower like a pool after 5 min showering, full of hair and body hair, even in fridge...
