אהבתי הכל במיוחד את אורית מנהלתההזמנות שאעשה נדירה אני כ3 פעמים בחול בחודש במלונות ודיי הרבה בארץ באישה כל כך אמפתית שכל אורח ירגיש סופר מיוחד גם אם זה אומר להרים אחי טלפון לאחר שעות העבודה שלה רק לוודא שאני נהנה והכל בסדר וואווווו איזה אישה תודה לכם עליה וכולי תקווה שתדעו לפרגן לה ולא רק לקראו בבקשה ולהשאיר במגירה במשרד תודה על הכל לאירוע ספק נחזור שוב ושוב ושוב וכן הרבה בזכות אורית

היתרון העיקרי של המקום זה המיקום.
הצוות נחמד מאד אבל לצערי זה לא מספיק כדי להפוך מלון במצב כה ירוד לחופשה נעימה.

Cons:

ראשית המלון ישן מאד. מוזנח.באמצע המקלחת ידית הברז נפלה לי על הרגל. המלון מלוכלך ברמה קיצונית. ריצפה דביקה ומלוכלכת בכל אזורי המלון, שירותים, כלים בחדר האוכל, כתמים במגבות. המלון מתאר שיש מועדון לילדים והוא סגור במשך כל השבוע. אין ארוחות צהריים. ארוחות ערב יש רק כשיש קבוצות וזה לא דבר שאורח יודע ויכול להתארגן בהתאם. הבר בבריכה לא פעיל. בגדול ההרגשה שחוסכים על האורח, פינת המים בלובי רק עם מים וכוסות חד פעמיים, זה באמת מקובל מאד לשים מאפה או פרי, מיץ וכוסות. לכל הפחות מים נקיים. מאכזב מאד.
מציינת לטובה את אלינה בקבלה ואת צוות חדר האוכל.
חבל מאד שמלון מתנהל ככה, מעולם לא דירגתי ככה מלון אבל באמת שזה מקום לסגירה.
