ברצוני לשבח את הצוות המצוין. בדלפק הקבלה, מלווינה ואלינה העניקו שירות יוצא דופן. במהלך השנה וחצי האחרונות, בהן שהינו בפינוי והתארחנו במספר מלונות, לא נתקלנו ברמת שירות כזו. הן ההנהלה והן הצוות סיפקו שירות מקצועי, אדיב ומלא. תודה רבה.

גם אם הגעת מקרית שמונה, מצפון תא
להתאוורר או לחגוג אירוע - הצוות תמיד שם בשביל לעזור בכל דבר
וההנהלה מקסימה, רואים שהיחס לאורחים מחלחל לעובדים מלמעלה.

מתכננת לחזור כבר שבוע הבא.. יום אחד באזעקות המרכז הספיק לי כדי להזמין עוד לילות

הגענו ללילה אחד. קיבלנו חדר גדול ונוח. שירות ע"י נציגי המלון היה מעולה ומסביר פנים.
