Pros:

We had a rocky start but they were quick to rectify what we needed. Its a great location, secure parking and beautiful unit!

Pros:

I communicated 12 issues with the property and none were resolved.
1. Hang tag does not open the gate for parking.
2. There's only one clean set of towels (reservation is for 2 adults). We had to buy another set.
3. There are wet towels in the dryer in the unit.
4. There was trash in the trash can.
5. The bed comforter has black dirt specs on it.
6. The blue key fob does not open the front door (door code works though).
7. Shelves in fridge have spilled substance.
8. Some shelves in fridge are missing.
9. Deli drawer in fridge not inserted properly.
10. No bath soap. There was shampoo and conditioner.
11. Wifi did not work. Had to purchase a $10 xfinity pass.
12. Fob also did not work for rooftop or fitness room access.
13. Local contact person was NEVER available by phone. No one followed up at all.

Outside of that, location was great and unit was cool for the weekend. If I consider this place again I would have to prepare to encounter all the issues to make the stay better.

Pros:

Pros-The location is close to my previous Landing apartment and not far from the job sight.

Cons-I checked out and moved into another room on October 1st and the room was not ready. Unfortunately, it was late in the evening and Elevate 758 could not take care of it right away. Which meant, I had to sleep in a dirty room.
