Easy to book. Great communication great apartment.
Pros:

Location was close to where I was working. The entrance and communal areas were great. The apartment was very clean and modern. Couldn't fault it, it was just what I needed.

Cons:

Couldn't find any faults.

I would of personally preferred to have some bath towels to shower but it did not affect my stay.

A great place to stay whilst visiting family in Rugby.
Pros:

The property was very clean . It had everything you need for a few nights stay. The bed was very comfortable and shower was nice and hot .

Cons:

We were in room 12 , at the front of the property and noise from the traffic on the busy road outside was a little annoying.

Very clean and exactly as shown in the photos. A pleasantly surprising and comfortable stay.
Pros:

I stayed at this hotel a few days ago and was pleasantly surprised. Everything was impeccably clean, far beyond my expectations. The room, the bathroom, and the entire accommodation area looked exactly like in the photos, maybe even better in person. A very pleasant experience!

Pros:

Tidy, Super clean, well decorated.

Cons:

Beds and sofa beds are not massively comfortable. soundproofing not great, so loads of noise from above, until they quiet down (around 11:30 pm)

My stay was convenient due to the great location.
Pros:

The location was very convenient—close to where I needed to be, which made getting around easy and stress-free.

Cons:

The experience was slightly affected by a dusty ceiling fan and a partially open window on arrival, which allowed more dust to enter—greater attention to cleanliness would have improved the stay.

I would stay again but a few small tweaks would make it perfect.
Pros:

The room was well proportioned, clean, tidy and well equipped. Entrance clean and bright.
Pleasantly surprised when I eventually entered the room

Cons:

Negatives the hallway lights outside the room are on a very short timer and constantly went off when I was trying to access the room. I got locked out of the room as you need to wait for the key pad to make a small noise before putting in the next number in your room access code.
Towels are like cardboard.

Pros:

Everything was really clean and comfortable. Good communication by WhatsApp. Only issue was that was really hot in the room , and being the first floor couldn't sleep with window open, but they said that more equipment will come soon .
