Pros:

Le proprietarie della struttura sono persone davvero accoglienti, come la struttura stessa. Più che un grande resort di lusso si ha l’impressione di sentirsi a casa in un luogo che cura i dettagli. Due ristoranti a disposizione e praticamente affaccia sulla bellissima spiaggia di Diani.

Cons:

Il bagno era un po’ vecchio ma funzionale.

Pros:

Mycket trevligt mindre hotell. Bra läge precis vid stranden samt en skön pool. Två utmärkta restauranger. Väldigt avslappnad stämning. Vänlig proffsig personal. Man träffar managern ofta som alltid kollar att allt är bra och om något behöver fixas så ordnas det kvickt. Lugnt och skönt.

Vi hade ingenting att anmärka på.

Pros:

Gostámos imenso da localização, mesmo em frente à praia, piscina muito boa, com água muito agradável, morna, a comida dos restaurantes muito boa e nada cara. Quarto com AC, rede mosquiteira, funcionários muito atenciosos e prestáveis, a Angie é muito simpática.

Cons:

O quarto para um casal com duas filhas (adultas), só com uma casa de banho não é muito funcional, o quarto cheirava a mofo, tinha baratas e não tinha cortinas que tapassem a luz, o próprio quarto tem um aspeto abarracado, passámos alguns dias lá e realmente perdemos algum interesse na qualidade do quarto, os clientes merecem melhor.
Irmos para praia e sermos literalmente invadidos, por pessoas a quererem vender sempre qualquer coisa, é impossível ir para a praia sem sermos incomodados por essa situação. Nem conseguimos ter uma toalha na praia, são incomodativos e invadem o nosso espaço pessoal.

Хотелось бы ускорить работу wifi и расширить его зону
Pros:

Отличный вариант по соотношению цена/качество. За 700 с копейками долларов (5 ночей) у нас был огромный (не меньше 50 кв. м.) номер с частичным видом на океан и включённым завтраком. У отеля очень большая и разнообразная территория, есть как зона с лежаками, так и пальмовая роща, первая линия, что для Diani - обязательное требование, тк насладиться океаном на общественном пляже будет очень проблематично из-за большого количества назойливых торгашей. Завтраки были вкусными. Персонал приветливый и всегда готов помочь с разного рода проблема, причём очень оперативно, за что им огромное спасибо!
PS опасайтесь обезьян и всегда следите чтобы окна в номере были закрыты 🥲

Pros:

Struttura molto bella e ben posizionata. Avevamo prenotato la stanza F7, invece ci hanno dato la DR3 dove comunque siamo state bene ( più rustica ma più grande e indipendente). Sia al ristorante interno sia all'attiguo Foltis si mangia bene. Staff cordiale e ben organizzato. Scimmiette sugli alberi e sui tetti, masai in costumi tradizionali di guardia. Sulla spiaggia appena accanto sono presenti baracche con massaggiatrici ( brave) ma i massaggi si possono fare anche tramite l'hotel..Non vi sono beach boys invadenti, qualcuno può avvicinarvi a bordo spiaggia, ma spetta a voi decidere se interloquire..Potete muovervi tranquillamente coi tuktuk, anche in autonomia..

Great midrange accomodation, perfect beach location & pool
Pros:

We loved our stay here. Perfect location on the beach and central, with a lovely pool. Felt safe to go to the beach and leave your bag with staff to watch it, and pool staff were very attentive in bringing lounger cushions etc. None of the beach boys were allowed onto the property.

The other massive positive about staying here is the manager Angela! She was very helpful in the booking process in ensuring we had the correct room (I must say it was very confusing to understand what room you were booking on here, compared to their website which is where they were directing me to choose a triple room). She was always available on WhatsApp during our stay and helped us with boats, drivers, tuktuks, camel rides and excursions!!

We loved the breakfast - especially the eggy cinnamon toast!!
We ate at the restaurant a number of times - food was OK but could be incredibly slow to arrive (even when seemingly quiet).

We stayed in Desert Rose 1 - it's in a lovely location very set back from the beach but with nothing in front of it, so we loved the sea view and peaceful feel. Staff did a brilliant job of keeping the room clean and spraying the room at night for mosquitos /putting the nets down at night for us (although we didn't see many). The shower was hot and powerful enough.

Cons:

I have to mention that the room is a little bit rough around the edges. The bathroom really smelled, had a leaky tap, broken toilet handle. Windows were not very secure to close. The living area just had a grate for a door which means it was basically open to all insects. The door was also broken and hard to open /close (needed a good shove....we learned the knack!). The mosquito nets had a few holes and some of the beach towels were very stained.

That said I think for what we paid it represented good value for mid-range accommodation. And with the safety deposit box and mosquito nets we were very comfortable staying here, and would stay again without hesitation!

Watch out for the resident monkeys... they will be in your room if you turn your back for half a second! and they make a very sound noise on the roof every morning 😊

Przytulny hotel przy plaży
Pros:

Uroczy, klimatyczny hotel nad samym brzegiem oceanu. Wspaniały i pomocny personel, czulismy się dobrze zaopiekowani. Teren obiektu cały czas jest pilnowany przez ochronę. Przestronne pokoje, czyste i dobrze wyposażone, smaczne śniadania. Dużo dostępnych leżaków i miejsc do leżenia, zarówno przy basenie jak przy plaży.

Cons:

Łazienki wymagają odświeżenia.

Pros:

The apartment is very special inside, better than the picture. The area is very ok and safe and there are a lot of small shops around and bars.I've found the apartment and my room very clean and I don't have anything to complain.

Pros:

Top Lage (3 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Strand, 2 Minuten bis zu einem großen Supermarkt).
Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und zurückhaltend. Tagsüber sind da drei Frauen (Frühstück wird auf die eigene Terasse gebracht) und ein Gärtner/Poolboy. Nachts gibt es einen Security.
Es sind insgesamt 6 Häuser, jedes hat eine Terasse mit genügend Privatsphäre.
Der Pool war immer sauber.
Das Haus ist sehr geräumig.
Das Bett sehr groß und hat ein Fliegennetz.
Die Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert und war leise. Wir haben sie nur zwei Nächte benutzt, in den anderen Nächten haben wir den Durchzug genutzt. Der Strom für due Klimaanlage musste separat bezahlt werden, wir haben für die zwei Nächte etwa 3 € insgesamt bezahlt.

Cons:

Das Frühstück könnte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein, z.B auch Pancakes oder Porridge anbieten.
Das Haus war etwas hellhörig, man kann die Fenster in der Mitte nicht komplett schließen, und auch die geschlossenen Fenster sind nicht ganz dicht.
Man hat daher ab und zu etwas Lärm von draußen gehört... mal hat der Nachbars Hund gebellt, mal hat man die Autos gehört, oder auch mal Musik von einem Lokal ... was natürlich in dieser Gegend alles ganz normal ist und die Cottages können nichts dafür. Mit etwas besseren Fenstern wäre die Situation allerdings besser gewesen (daher mein Ratschlag an den Besitzer, eventuell die Fenster zu verbessern/besser abzudichten).

Pace e tranquillità
Pros:

Posto davvero bello, molto semplice. Le scimmiette che girano intorno sono fantastiche. Cucina ottima e il loro ristorante di fianco sulla spiaggia è ottimo.

Cons:

Per prendere qualcosa da bere se si è in spiaggia bisogna tornare in struttura. Poca strada ma il bar in spiaggia o la possibilità di mangiare fronte mare sarebbe perfetto.
