Greatest stay in Diani, with a private oool and close to the beach.
Pros:

The best place I’ve ever booked in Diani. I’ve stayed many places. The rooms are big, the bed’s comfortable, and the showers were hot.

Cons:

I liked everything.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The food was delicious. The swimming pool was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for the kids. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. We had the time of our lives staying at the villa and near the beach.
Pros:

Breakfast made everyday by the housekeeper Timmy was amazing! The private pool was awesome and beautiful.

Cons:

The power went in and out a lot in the mornings.

Great Family stay on the Beach
Pros:

The facility doesn’t feel crowded like others, the area is big that you can have great walk among palm trees. The pool area was very nice and pool was deep: 2.8 m. It’s on the first line of the beach with direct access to the Ocean. The property is guarded by Masai people who are great with taking care that Monkeys are not stealing your food. Breakfast were tasty and there are few restaurants on the property and one (Ali Barbour’s Cave) just 150 m from the hotel (don’t forget to reserve the seat in advance). I don’t think you can beat the price for the stay you have. The staff is very helpful and ahead of our stay I could organize with them pick ups etc. There is Kite school at the property which I highly recommend because instructors are just great. We were family of five with kids (7, 12 and 14) and everyone wanted to stay longer. Well done!

Cons:

The facility and rooms were very clean, just few small things like canopy materials on the pool beds were with some wear marks, some with holes. Bathrooms in the room could get some refresh too.

Relaxt, comfortabel en goed gestiueerd.
Pros:

Ook het tweede verblijf hier was voortreffelijk, mede dankzij de prima service van Valentine en Eunice. De bungalows ondergaan op dit moment een flinke renovatie en worden daardoor nog mooier. Ook zijn er zonnepanelen geplaatst om de kosten te drukken en wordt een eigen watervoorziening gemaakt, waardoor de problemen bij stroomonderbrekingen worden voorkomen. Gezellig complex met serene rust en behulpzaam personeel.

A perfect, relaxing week in Diani Beach
Pros:

The location was centrally located and perfect. It was a quiet oasis. The breakfasts were delicious! Anne, a co-owner was so very helpful, and the employees were fantastic.... they made the stay extra special! We look forward to staying there again!

I loved my stay. The staff, the ambience, the homely atmosphere. The security was excellent.
Pros:

The English breakfast was perfect. Really filling and healthy too. I also loved the noodles.

Cons:

The grass around would have looked better if it was trimmed.

Pros:

Es war wunderschön und alles sehr gut gepflegt und instand gehalten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Und da es nur 5 Zimmer gab ost die Atmosphäre sehr familliär.

Cons:

Die Matratzen waren sehr hart.

Great. Wonderful.
Pros:

The location is excellent - on the beachside. You go to sleep to the sound of the ocean and wake up to a beautiful sunrise with nice clean beach to walk on less than 20m away.
I like the look and feel of the place. They are deliberate about taking care of the environment first and using environmentally friendly products.
The host, Kerry, was excellent. She went out of her way to make us comfortable and even managed to help us extend our stay despite the last minute request. She made provision for us to stay longer.

Cons:

Perhaps the food could be improved. Unfortunately, I could not try the rich variety Kenyan cuisine I had hoped for right at the restaurant and fish was not available at the time, but its not a deal breaker because the food is still good.

Beautiful place
Pros:

The hotel and the rooms are clean and well maintained.
It is on the first line of beach and the staff is always very accommodating and nice.

The pool and the beach area are big so we always had enough chairs.

Definitely staying at Flamboyant whenever i'm back in Diani
Pros:

Good breakfast options. Hotel staff were amazing as well and helpful. Shoutout to Angie the manager, helped me with night spots to try out. Access to the beach front was good for quick beach time.
