Great! Would come back again
Pros:

Lovely cottage, very clean and neat.
Also really enjoyed the outdoor lounge space and pool area.
The location is very convenient for access to shopping centre and beach.
Staff were very welcoming and friendly.

Cons:

Shower pressure was disappointing.
Parking is not actually on site, but across the road at chandarana - honestly not too bad, but a proper heads up on this would have been nice.

Absolutely amazing!!
Pros:

Our stay at Furaha house was amazing! We were welcomed with fresh juice and introduced to the house, which is absolutely beautiful. Communication before arrival was also very good and informative. Few days before arrival we received a pdf with all the information about the house, directions, tuk tuk drivers they recommended, places to eat etc.

House has a fully equipped and functioning kitchen, daily cleaning of the house, outside by the pool and the pool. House is located in a a gated compound with the other houses from Eden Escape but all houses are very private. The gate is managed by security at night and the place feels very safe! The beach is only a 5 min walk away.

Cons:

Not a dislike, but calling fans aircondition is a stretch. Fans are good, but it’s not aircondition. Lots of fans though!

Pros:

Sehr familiäre Atmosphäre. Personal sehr lieb und aufmerksam. Schönes Zimmer. Mückennetze wurden imprägniert. Pool hatte eine suoer Temperatur und wurde täglich gereinigt.

Cons:

Ich hatte Angst vor den Affen. Die kommen einem zu nah, wenn man essen hat.
Der Strand war wunderschön, aber man wird belästigt, sobald man ins Wasser will. Das ist überall so.

This is not the hotel fault but the roads in Diani are quite bad and no street light so could not walk around what I usually do in holidays

Not value for money.
Pros:

The location is great as right next to the beach.

Cons:

There was no proper welcome when we arrived, there was no briefing from the receptionist, the only thing she was keen on was the checkout time. The whole place would do with a bit of a retouch as a bit old. Beds were not comfortable at all and though there was a provision for fans, they were not adequate as our room was boiling hot at night. There was almost no privacy as people kept passing by our bathroom window the whole time. There was also someone sweeping right outside our window as early as 8am which made sleeping in impossible.
Some staff were amazing but the lady who served us breakfast had an attitude and seemed to concentrate more on the white people. We had to wait to wait for our breakfast for almost 45 minutes. Even something ready to go like juice was not served until a second waiter came to our rescue.
The sunny beds could also do with a bit of a retouch.
Also the receptionist needs to be a bit more professional. As we were leaving, I found her undoing her hair in the reception area. The reception area also needs to be tidied up as very crammed and isn't welcoming. Actually, the reception area is a reflection of the whole place.

Fantastic hotel by the beach with super friendly staff
Pros:

Everything was fantastic! All staff was super nice and most helpful. Extremely good breakfast and food in both restaurants and we tried all kinds of different cuisines. Easy to find sunbeds with view facing the ocean. The hotel is situated rights by the sea for nice walks along the beach. We had initially booked five nights but we liked it so much that we extended another two nights.

Cons:

If you are picky about having a freshly renovated hotel, this might not be the choice for you. Did not disturb us at all - added a bit of charm that everything is not brand new. But please understand that everything is well maintained and cleaning is perfect.

Pros:

Très bel emplacement en front de mer, les extérieurs sont bien entretenus et l’accès plage est parfait.
La chambre était très petite avec une salle de bain privé mais sur le palier des communs (pas très pratique), mais vu le tarif, ça reste convenable.
Le petit déjeuner était excellent 👌

kurzum gesagt, wer Ruhe sucht und eine Unterkunft wovon ma starten will, ist hier genau richtig.

Tutto perfetto: cibo, spiaggia e personale eccezionale. Consigliato! Anche per chi fa kitesurf :-)
Pros:

Colazione ottima, pranzo e cena assolutamenti consigliati. Il personale è molto disponibile. Camere molto grandi, l'arredamento è basilare andrebbe un po aggiornato ma assolutamente funzionale. La spiaggia è ben accessoriata, ottimo per fare kitesurf per personale qualificato e noleggio attrezzatura. Dall'aeroporto dista 15-20 minuti in taxi, per uscire alla sera serve il tuk-tuk.

Cons:

L'arredamento nella camere andrebbe aggiornato (proprio a voler trovare un difetto o qualcosa da segnalare).
