Pros:

Le camere ampie e luminose, bagno nuovo e accessoriato, la colazione buona varia sia per il salato che il dolce. La posizione centrale ottima.

Cons:

La mancata professionalità del desk di fronte ad un disagio non indifferente quale la mancanza di acqua calda dovuta ad un guasto. Le ragioni del guasto sono state spiegate , e comprese ma tutto ciò non li solleva dal dover fornire un alloggio conforme alle aspettative

Cuidado con el check in

La linpieza

Cons:

El check in solo se podía hacer durante 3 horas por la tarde, de 17.30 a 20.30,limitando en acceso al hotel. Nuestro vuelo llegaba más tarde de las 20:30 y nos avisaron un día antes que no nos esperaban para el check in,lo que hizo que tuviéramos que reservar otro hotel el mismo día para la primera noche. Pedimos repetidas veces que nos descontaran ese día que no nos dejaron entrar en el hotel por la limitación horaria y no nos lo descontaron. La única solución que nos dieron fue un descuento del 10% en los restaurantes asociados (que se lo dan a todos los clientes). Teníamos reserva para 4 personas 7 noches ,lo cual no era barato y nos cobraron las 7 noches. El último día nos regalaron dos botellas de vino para "intentar compensar" la metedura de pata,pero nada que ver el coste de las dos botellas con una noche para 4 con desayuno que nos cobraron y no nos dejaron usar.

Palazzo Renieri: un piacevole tuffo nel Rinascimento
Pros:

Emozionante soggiornare in un palazzo del Cinquecento con soffitti alti e vista sul borgo medievale. All'interno la struttura è moderna e funzionale e molto carina. Finalmente la possibilità di poter scegliere un cuscino basso. Colazione abbondante, dolce e salta varia e buonissima. Posizione centralissima. Complimenti allo staff!

Tutto perfetto, dai servizi all'atmosfera, alla gentilezza dello staff.
