Pros:

The hotel is very beautiful. In antique Roman style. The room was big and clean. The bathroom was perfect! The breakfasts was very good and various. The staff was friendly and helpful. The view from the balcony was on the sea and awesome!!! The sunsets were breathtaking!!! The hotel located on the first line to the sea. There is a Shuttle to the 21 Terminal mall. I want to sign the bellboys ,that was very helpful and friendly. They help us to reserve the places to the Colloseum Show with transfer to and comeback. All was perfect! Thank you!

Pros:

Le personnel étaient super sympa et accueillant que je ne voulais pas leur vexer et en me justifier comme quoi j’ai eu un souci et que je devais repartir.

Cons:

On devais passer 2 nuits à l’hôtel, on a fait une arriver tardive 1h00 du matin à cause du vol et le trajet, grosse odeur forte en arrivant dans la chambre qui nous a rendu malade, on entendait une personne je dirais même le monsieur d’en haut ronfler et sa télé qui jouait jusqu’au lendemain matin ! Dans un hôtel c’est primordiale l’insonorisation mais la c’était impossible. Le lendemain on as même pas osé prendre le petit déjeuner on as changer d’hôtel immédiatement.

Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat der Stornierung sofort zugestimmt. Das war echter Kundenservice!!!

Cons:

Ich hatte dort 2 Zimmer gebucht, Die Fotos und Bewertungen waren super, leider fand ich das Hotel nicht schön. Es war in der Lobby nicht aufgeräumt und es war allgemein sehr warm. Der Poolbereich sehr klein mit wenigen Liegen. Ich wollte dort nicht bleiben.

Riktigt bra frukost och bra sängar.

Cons:

Restaurangen serverar otroligt dåligt kött, gå ner på stranden istället och ät riktig thaimat.
Stora råttor springer runt poolområdet på kvällarna.

Понравилось расположение отеля, чистота, уборка и смена полотенец ежедневно.Шикарные завтраки.Отель у первой линии, но купаться без тапочек трудно, камни, надо отойти немного влево, там вход в море хороший, люди купаются.Есть хороший бассейн .Есть терасса, где можно смотреть красивые закаты.Каждые 30 мин едет бесплатно трансфер к Терминалу 21.

Cons:

Плохая изоляция в номерах.
Расположение бассейна такое, что на одной стороне весь день тень, на другой солнце.Лежаки все время занимаются( полотенце брошены, но отдыхающих не видно), но это претензия к постояльцам отеля

So geht Hotel!
Pros:

Ich kenne viele Hotels in Pattaya. Das hier war mit Abstand das Beste. Top-Lage unmittelbar am Meer und nahe dem Zentrum von Nord-Pattaya. Dennoch alles entspannt und ruhig. Das Frühstück ist überragend und sehr abwechslungsreich. Der Pool ist großzügig angelegt. Handtücher liegen bereit.
Das Highlight für uns: Das Beach-Restaurant des Hotels: Diner bei fantastischem Sonnenuntergang! Sehr leckere Thai-Gerichte zu wirklich fairen Preisen. Und auch das Bier war nicht zu teuer (3 für 2 nutzen). Das Personal durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. So geht Hotel!

Cons:

Winzigkeiten (nur als Tipp für das Hotel): Die Fenster im Frühstücksraum sollten mal von außen gereinigt werden. Das Restaurant bzw. die Beach-Bar schließt um 21:00 Uhr. Zum Glück kann man sich aber vorher noch mit Getränken eindecken und sitzen bleiben.

The outside breakfast area was good. The breakfast itself was fine though if you are veg it’s difficult. Staff is great. Shuttle bus is not suitable for elderly people, the step to climb is is not user friendly. The shuttle service is helpful. If you want to order in the menu no veg options. Beach area is not great.

Cons:

Hotel is outdated but well kept. No major setbacks.

I would recommend everyone stay here when in Pattaya, truly wonderful accommodations and location!
Pros:

The pool and beach bar were excellent, John is an amazing staff member! He went above and beyond for us! The food and drinks were amazing… our rooms were always fresh and clean, and the staff were so kind and friendly. The front lobby staff went above and beyond to help find what ever we needed and help out when ever they could!

Cons:

Our bed was wonderful just a bit too soft! Slept really well just a personal preference on our part.
