Bin enttäuscht!
Pros:

Das Frühstück und die Aussicht vom Zimmer aus. Meerblick.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit! In den Zimmern Fenster und Spiegel mit Abdrücken, Ablageflächen teils dreckig, im Bad Schimmel. Am Pool schmutzige Wege.

Прекрасный отель. Убирали каждый день, чисто, богатый шведский стол, есть шатл до центра каждые 30мин

Cons:

Единственное- в море не покупаешься, берег скалистый каменистый, поэтому надо дальше уходить, если в море хочешь, либо бассейн

Cons:

Obwohl es bei Booking com hieß Kinder unter 11 Jahren sind nicht erlaubt !!! Waren massenweise kleinst Kinder den ganzen Tag im Schwimmbad und es war sehr laut !!!!
Ich verstehe das Kinder laut sind aber wir haben extra dieses Hotel wegen Kinder erst ab 11 Jahren gebucht !!
Wir waren bzw. sind vom 3-4 Jänner und ab 4 Jänner bis 8 Februar leider noch in diesem Hotel!!!!
Früher abreisen ohne Rückerstattung leider !!!

hotel located in quiet area, but close to vibrant Beach rd. shuttle tuk-tuk driving each 30 minutes to Terminal 21- shopping mall. Friendly and helpful staff, tasty breakfast and amazing view from dining restaurant terrace. Clean pool and pool area, great food served in hotel bistro restaurant.

Cons:

thin walls between rooms, pool in stunning, however located in permanent shade, so water is cold. Waterfalls in pool area gives a lot of noise what can be an issue for some guests.

Доброе и отзывчивое отношение всего

персонала отеля к отдыхающим. Хороший выбор блюд на завтрак (шведский стол). Прекрасное размещение отеля (на первой линии и рядом - 800 метров с ТЦ "Терминал - 21". При этом с 11-00, интервал 30 минут, транспорт отеля осуществляется подвоз отдыхающих к ТЦ "Терминал - 21". Очень доволен услугой отеля по бронированию такси в аэропорт Бангкок (надёжно, строго по расписанию, возможность выбора автомобиля, разумная цена).
Очень красиво оформленный бассейн отеля, удобные лежаки и матрасы, чистые полотенца. Постоянно поддерживается чистота и порядок.
Рядом с отелем есть пляж (чистая вода и хороший заход в море).
Большое спасибо персоналу отеля за хороший отдых.

Emerald the Gem in all ways!
Pros:

Eclectic, Beachfront hotel. A mini Versailles Palace. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The views from were balconies are spectacular. Breakfast was an extensive buffet that had food to satisfy all nationalities. Fantastic pool. Extremely well located to some excellent restaurants and shops. Quite removed from the seedier side. The staff were friendly and helpful. If you are wanting a Spa experience I can recommend Let's Relax Onsen&SPA Pattaya. ATM on site and a shuttle van. There's deck chairs/umbrellas, cold drinks and food literally 1 minute from the Hotel and directly on the beach.

Das gesamte Hotelpersonal war super hilfreich, extrem höflich und zuvorkommend.
Hervorheben möchte ich noch das Personal im Frühstücksraum .Alle Mitarbeiter haben ein großes Lob verdient .

Cons:

Der Strandabschnitt des Hotels und anliegenden Hotels war eine riesige Stolperfalle und sehr schmutzig, nicht wirklich zum Baden geeignet.
Musste man einige 100 Meter zum Stadtstrand laufen.
