Cons:

Customer Service please improve.....During Check out nobody is there..need guest to call and wait for quite long for getting back the room deposit..

People need to attend for appoinment..please be considerate and take note on this matter.

Overall the stay was ok but the hotel need to improve on cleanliness.
Pros:

The location of the hotel was ok- It was convenient to get into town and very convenient to get food as there is a food court just behind the hotel which is accessible on foot.

Cons:

Room cleanliness was not to my expectation -towels had stains and toilet seat had urine. The floor was also very dusty. There was insufficient parking space - even though it was paid parking.

Parking xde.. park bkn dlm kotak..bangun pagi kereta kena calar walaupun tidak blok jalan..panjang pulak tu calar nya.. jahat orang itu.

Katil kotor siap ada kesan darah.

Pros:

Location nice but the toilet dirty like didn’t wash it and the bed got hair like they didn’t wash the blanket and bed sheet.

Berdekatan dgn laut.murah air cond sejuk

肮脏很臭不卫生
Cons:

房间很肮脏，床单被罩全部很臭，很像没有换洗的，跟楼下工作人员说叫他们打扫，还跟你说没有打扫的，真的对这间酒店非常失望
