location is good

Cons:

This homestay doesn't participate with the agency at The Shore, so cannot check-in at the lobby and have to arrange ownself with the owner. Therefore, there may need to be some compromise on the arrangement of timing between 2 parties. Not an issue if everyone is ok, but something for other visitors to be aware of.

Also, only one card key is provided which can be a hassle as it is used for going up the lift.

The owner property was good. The accomadation is nice.

Pros:

Was close to main attractions.

Cons:

There weren’t toilet paper and was a terrible smell in the toilet. You don’t have access to the swimming pool because of new order from April 25.
