The room was spacious and clean.

Cons:

There were not many facilities. I booked this stay for my mother for the weekend of my graduation. Unfortunately the staff were quite rude. I speak french but my mother does not and she did not have a pleasant interaction. The staff were very dismissive to say the least and put no effort to understand her questions or requests while they were not really the smiliest of faces when I spoke french to them either, the reaction my mother got while speaking english was truly unprofessional.

War immer eine nette Person an der Rezeption um bei Fragen anzusprechen
Sogar ein Herr der Zimmer aussergewöhnlich schön gemacht hat war überdurchschnittlich freundlich

Bei der Dusche am Boden schwarze Ablagerungen die man entfernen könnte!

- Top Personal / Service
- Zwar ein altes Gebäude aber ziemlich gut unterhalten
- Zimmer im alten Style aber komplett neu renoviert

Séjour très agréable à 2 pas du lac Léman
Pros:

Chambre très confortable, avec grand lit, grand écran tv, douche et WC dans la chambre.
Arrêt du bus 201 pour Vevey en bas de l'hôtel.
Nombreux restaurants autour de l'hôtel.
Lac Léman à 2 pas pour faire une balade très agréable.
