Lovely comfortable hotel in great central location
Pros:

Great location, comfortable and clean room. Very helpful and friendly staff

Cons:

No tea and coffee making facilities in room. Central location ment that the street outside was busy and noisy at night.

Emplacement idéal. Proche du centre et du lac. Brasserie accessible directement e l hôtel. Bon petit dejeuner

Cons:

Pas de notice dans la chambre concernant les chaînes tv et l utilisation du téléphone pour appeler la réception par exemple. Le fait qu on me fasse payer la taxe de séjour que je pensais incluse ds la réservation aucune documentation sur la ville et les lieux a voir

I would certainly stay there again.
Pros:

The hotel was spacious, the rooms were clean and airy and the breakfast was good.

Cons:

It would be better if there was an electric kettle and tea/coffee in the bedroom.

Séjour très agréable dans un hôtel plein de charme au passé prestigieux.
Pros:

Nous avons apprécié la grande chambre avec un balcon et vue sur le lac, la propreté impeccable de la salle de bain. Nous avons apprécié la déco chaleureuse des salons de la réception. Le coup d'œil à la magnifique salle de bal vaut le coup.

Cons:

Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas une petite bouilloire dans la chambre. Moi qui prend de la pharmacopée chinoise j'ai du descendre à la réception chercher de l'eau chaude
