Muy sucio, no funcionaban luces y muchas cosas, nos cambiaron de apartamento antes de entrar y no sabemos porqué, piscinas cerradas, todo muy dejado y viejo, muy poco espacio en el desayuno, en el apartamento que tenían mis padres olía fatal, en el nuestro hacía mucho frío y el aire (lleno de mierda) no funcionaba.... Menos mal que estuvimos fuera todo el día y solo dormimos allí. Horrible.
The location is very welcoming and well maintained. I really liked how much greenery there was everywhere, it created a calm, peaceful, and very relaxing atmosphere. It’s the kind of place where you can truly switch off and unwind.
The reception staff, Isabel and Harki, were extremely kind, friendly, and very professional. They made check-in smooth and were always helpful with a positive attitude. 👏🏾
Overall, a great experience. I especially appreciated the quiet environment and the attention to detail in keeping the place clean and pleasant. I would definitely consider coming back again 👍🌿

Frühstückskaffee schrecklich, der Automat war wohl falsch eingestellt.
Lo único bueno el restaurante Leña y Karbon, el desayuno un desastre.
Las habitaciones amenazan ruina, el ascensor no funciona

Necesita una buena reforma, aire acondicionado negro de moho, colchón incómodo, antiguo y escasa limpieza.
No volveré a no ser que inviertan cambien mobiliario y limpien. Estado total de abandono, el restaurante cerrado el día que llegamos, a las 5 se iban de recepción y más vale que no necesitaras nada.
Everything about the complex: the spaces, the care, the hospitality and friendliness of Isabel and Harki at reception, the excellent in-house restaurant, Leña i Carbon where I ate very well and found a very professional waiter and a capable sous chef, the excellent location for reaching Cabo Palo and its beaches.

Teníamos la entrada a las 16:00h, fuimos por la mañana avisar que entraríamos a las 16:00h a pagar i dejar todo preparado.
Volvimos a las cuatro con un bebé de un año y un niño de cinco ..y hasta las 18:30 nos tuvieron esperando para darnos las llaves por qué según ellos había habido do algún problema y no estaba el apartamento preparado.
la amplitud del alojamiento. cada habitacion disponia de su baño completo, amplia cocina y sala de estar y terraza.
En el check in-out Ivanna estuvo de 10!!
Mooi uitzicht vanaf balkon.
Appartement was zeer verouderd en vies, slecht schoongemaakt. Plafondplaat hing uit het plafond (is opgelost) overal insecten (pissenbedden) in het appartment. Water werd niet warm (werd niet opgelost) en zeer verouderde meubels.
De geur in 1 van de badkamers was niet te doen, het stonk zo ontzettend naar riool.
Ontbijt was zeer matig, de ruimte was niet voldoende voor het aantal mensen. Personeel ruimde geen tafels af en eten werd slecht aangevuld.
Bij het zwembad staan oude lig bedden, sommigen doorgezakt en kapot.
