Todo correcto, lugar muy atractivo, la comparativa de calidad con el precio es excelente. El poco tiempo que he utilizado el alojamiento y sus instalaciones me he sentido muy agusto

Room size was good.
Smell from drains was not pleasant. It comes from the shower drain hole. Really unpleasant.
Mattresses are so uncomfortable. Maybe a little worn in the hip area.
Served the purpose for what we were doing which was a cricket tour with our grandsons.
Staff were great and did everything we asked. Tried their best to oblige.
Isabel in particular was extremely professional and her English was perfect.
Well, a lot of negativity but we would certainly stay again. When you read trip advisor loads of bad press but certainly needs some serious investment. Still recovering from the covid era. Paintwork on both external and internal. We had to ask for a tea towel from reception as you didn’t get one in the room. Some lights weren’t working. But all trivial stuff. For the price which was extremely cheap and for the purpose of a cricket team of 13/14 years old spot on.

Фото на сайті абсолютно не відповідають дійсності. На фото помешкання виглядає сучасним, новим і чистим. По факту квартира дуже стара, хоча й в доглянутому стані.
Але найгірше, це жахливий запах плісняви, настільки сильний що у мене почалася алергічна реакція. По приїзду ми закинули речі в квартиру і пішли вечеряти в ресторан. Повернулись в помешкання десь в 23. Відчули запах плісняви і спочатку не надали цьому значення, але вже через 15 хвилин у мене почалася алергічна реакція. Вже було пізно і не було можливості зв’язатися з персоналом, тож нам довелося провітрювати квартиру десь годину, після чого мені стало трохи краще. Ми лягли спати з відчиненими вікнами.

Está en un lugar muy bonito, apartamentos muy acogedores y de buen tamaño. Cocina totalmente equipada, con lavavajillas, lavadora y nevera/congelador de tamaño familiar.
Aunque no creo que sea culpa del resort, había un olor constante de estiércol fuera, y dentro del apartamento un olor a amoniaco bastante fuerte. El aire acondicionado cuando lo encendimos por la noche, pasada una hora aproximadamente, empezó a gotear mucho, casi como un grifo, y nos mojó todo el suelo, y como todo se quedó empapado, ese sonido constante de goteo se mantuvo buena parte de la noche a pesar de haber apagado el aire acondicionado. Tengo entendido que fue un problema puntual ya que me dijeron que las máquinas son nuevas nuevas, y que la arreglarían. Eso entiendo que pueda ser un problema puntual, y es normal cuando se hacen cambios.
Pero lo que si que nos disgustó fue que al hacer el check in, solicitamos un late check out. Se nos dijo que teníamos que mandar un WhatsApp y solicitarlo por ahí, así que al entrar en el aparcamiento a las 6pm hice precisamente eso... Y finalmente solo me dejaron en visto. Se me leyó el mensaje a las 9:30pm, y ya no dijeron nada. Fue desilusionante ya que estábamos de aniversario y queríamos tener un poco más de tiempo por la mañana, ya que el check out es a las 10am.
Todo lo demás perfecto, francamente.
El apartamento muy espacioso, para 4 personas. El parking muy bien, había sitio muy cerca del apartamento. Desayuno buffet correcto por no decir escaso, pero para desayunar era suficiente. La úbicación cerca aunque hace falta coche para todo, andando no puedes ir a visitar sitios ni tienes comercios.
Elementos de limpieza del apartamento, no había ni trapos, estropajos, bayetas, etc, tuvimos que pedir en recepción. 1 pastilla de lavavajillas es algo escaso. Tuvimos problemas con el desayuno, normalmente el horario era hasta las 10:30 pero en fin de semana se amplia hasta las 11:00. Pues bien, el sábado fuimos a las 10 y ya no quedaban algunas cosas y nos dijeron que ya no reponían, ante nuestras sorpresa nos comentaron que se habían quedado sin material. Las piscinas no puedo valorar por que estaban cerradas
Las visitas
Que no pudimos cenar en el restaurante pagando, al solo estar con estancia y desayuno.
Estaba limpio y las sabanas olían bien. La distribución del apartamento me gustó mucho, la terraza con la barbacoa y la vista desde la terraza.
Han actualizado algunos muebles y la decoración está muy chula, pero en general el apartamento necesita un mantenimiento muy profundo, ya que las baldosas del suelo están rota y se mueven, si caminas descalzo te puedes cortar, los electrodomésticos también están para cambiar.

The lady checking me in was very rude. She huffed and puffed and rolled her eyes constantly when she checked us in.
The toilets flooded every time when we had a shower. We mentioned this to Reception just to let them know and she just said ‘put it on your feedback form’ they refused to send someone to look at it.
There didn’t seem to be many other people staying on the complex and now I know why. Shame because the actual apartment was nice… apart from the flooding toilets.
Very spacious
Starting to look a bit tired and could do with a refresh. Self catering facilities very basic.
