Beautiful property with stunning courtyard restaurant in a ln art-deco building. But most importantly the true experience was the hotel’s staff. Everyone was incredibly nice and the food and drinks are seriously the best.

Stunning boutique hotel with the best breakfast in Sri Lanka.
Pros:

Stunning property in such relaxing surroundings. A welcome shady escape from the blistering heat of the streets of Galle. The best breakfast I had in Sri Lanka by a country mile.

Cons:

I was a little too tall for my room! Wish they advertised their cosier rooms as being so.

extremely poor quality of the 3 bed accomodation which we booked ; dirty ; no amenities , broken down , incomplete bath amenities

Exceeded all expectations,
Pros:

Location was perfect to explore the fort and walk around. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. I also got a room upgrade and the room was perfect, everything well thought out. Breakfast was AMAZING, I am still thinking about it. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again if I was in Galle.

Pros:

The staff is so attentive, sweet and kind. We were planning to stay one night, but ended up staying longer. The breakfast is served downstairs and is one of the best we ever had!

Exceptional. Would highly recommend!
Pros:

We stayed at Prince of Galle for two nights and the room was amazing- so clean and the bed was so comfortable. The staff were incredible and the breakfast was delicious! The staff were also so attentive with my wife’s nut allergy. They served us iced tea on arrival which was extremely refreshing after a long flight. The hotel is in walking distance to all the restaurants, bars and shops. Would highly recommend!

Everything to like, nothing to dislike
Pros:

Great location on a side street in old town fort area. Beautiful period property, expertly restored and spotlessly clean. The staff were superb, so friendly and helpful. Fantastic breakfast.
