Pros:

Es ist alles sehr neu und hat ein einheitliches Konzept, auf der großen Terrasse kann man die Aussicht genießen, es gibt einen Pool hinterm Haus zum entspannen

Cons:

Personal ist recht jung und wirkt nicht so motiviert, nur die Supervisor können englisch, alle versuchen aber die Fragen zu beantworten und Wünsche zu beherzigen (zB haben wir nach etwas hin und her auch zwei vegane Frühstücke erhalten, die lecker waren)

The fresh nature, location,quietness and comfortable room.

Cons:

Not profesional and dont training waiters staff,
Because l pay double dinner without order it some foods. They dont explain the menu that is including or not.

The breakfast is poorly.

Pros:

Le confort de la chambre luxueuse pour le tarif, magnifique terrasse, salle de bain magnifique, belle vue, bon restaurant

Cons:

Le bruit matin et soir des enfants sur la terrasse face au restaurant et de certains parents qui crient tôt le matin sur eux.
Ne pas choisir une chambre juste au dessus de l entrée du restaurant

Room lovely, restaurant experince could be better.

The room, the breakfast

Cons:

There's potential if the staff is a bit more attentive to service in the restaurant. We had to order five times before we got a drink, and the steak was unfortunately cooked dry.

the waiters were clearly young and inexperienced in dealing with tourists who don't speak albanian

Pros:

The staff was great. Food at the restaurant was very good. Breakfast was great. Beds were comfortable and cleanliness superb.

Cons:

Staying at the swimming pool was not free for guests. It has to be stated from the beginning during the booking process.

Brilliant stay, would reccomend!
Pros:

The hotel and staff were overall amazing. With this being our first trip to Albania for a wedding we were unsure of the environment but were made to feel extremely comfortable by the owner and all the other staff at Troja. Nothing was too much bother and questions were always answered straight away, nothing too big or small! We would recommend and have already had friends stay at the accommodation too. Not enough words to explain how great our stay was!

Cons:

There was nothing to dislike, even though the staff did not speak very good English, there was always a way to communicate with them.
