Sehr zum empfehlen, mit zentraler Lage
Pros:

Mitten im Zentrum von Riva liegt das Hotel Europa. Top Preis/Leistung mit zentraler Lage. Parkplatz unbedingt mitbuchen. Sehr zum empfehlen.

Pros:

Struttura molto centrale, comoda e pulita.

Cons:

La camera piccola e il bagno vecchio e angusto.
La ragazza della reception al nostro arrivo poco affabile ( non ci ha neanche salutati) e disponibile (le abbiamo chiesto se dove avevamo parcheggiato la moto andava bene e lei ha risposto in modo sgarbato che non lo sapeva)

Würde ich nicht mehr buchen!
Pros:

Die Lage direkt am Hafen ist sehr schön

Cons:

Der beschriebene Skypool, ist ein etwas größerer Whirlpool, die Fotos im Prospekt erzeugen eine andere Erwartungshaltung …Weitwinkel macht es möglich, das Zimmer unterm Dach erscheint nirgends…klein und dunkel….

Mauvaise expérience clients
Pros:

L'emplacement est idéal, directement sur le port et la place principale de la ville. La chambre était spacieuse, propre, la literie très confortable. Le petit déjeuner est également très copieux et il y a beaucoup de choix et des options sans gluten et sans lactose. Le personnel du petit déjeuner était adorable. Possibilité d'emprunter des vélos gratuitement.

Cons:

L'accueil est très très froid. Vous payez, on vous donne votre clé et basta. De plus, en 2026 s'adresser uniquement à l'homme quand on parle de la salle de musculation c'est archaïque (c'est moi qui fait de la musculation dans le couple).

Hôtel un peu vieillot. Chambre avec vue sur un mur. Il n'est pas possible de gérer la température de la climatisation, on peut seulement ajuster la puissance. Impossible de prendre une douche dans la baignoire sans inonder la salle de bain (paroie trop petite), la piscine est miniature et principalement occupée par des ados sans surveillance donc impossible de se baigner. Juste une terrasse sur le toit avec des transats alignés et pas de service bar. Très peu d'intérêt.

Mais le pire reste la façon dont j'ai été traitée à l'accueil le jour du départ, j'ai remis à Chiara une serviette de piscine que j'avais oublié de laisser dans la chambre, elle l'a attrapé du bout des doigts sans vraiment me considérer ou m'écouter et l'a jeté par terre dans le bureau derrière elle avec une grimace et un geste de dégoût. C'était vraiment humiliant, je ne suis pas une personne sale !!! A 210€ la nuit on est très loin du rapport respect/qualité/prix.

Der Skypool war zwar klein aber erfrischend, sehr gute Lage direkt am Hafen, sehr gutes Frühstück mit Blick auf den See , Fahrradgarage mit Absperrvorrichtung für jedes einzelne Rad

Cons:

Das Personal an der Rezeption war etwas umständlich aber sehr freundlich
Unser Zimmer hatte den vereinbarten Seeblick nur von der Dachterrasse aus

Ok für 2-3 Nächte - keine „positive Überraschung“
Pros:

Frühstück war top, Lage ist sehr gut, Öffentliche Parkmöglichkeiten sind 200 m weit vorhanden (gegen Gebühr), typisches Stadthotel der gehobenen Kathegorie

Cons:

Pool ist sehr klein für diese Kathegorie, Liegeplätze sind direkt vom gegenüberliegenden öffentlichen Aufzug zur Burgruine einsehbar - dafür kann das Hotel allerdings nichts
angemietetes gehobenes Zimmer mit Seeblick lag unter dem Dach - In der Dachgaube war stehend der See zu sehen😜

The hotel is located in the heart of the old town, which is very exciting. The best places in the city are very close to the hotel.

As for the hotel services: you can have breakfast with a wonderful view. You can use the bicycle, which is included in the hotel services. The hotel building is authentically Italian and creates the best mood.

If it is important for you to live in the old town, in a real, Italian-style hotel building, with a wonderful terrace and breakfast, I recommend visiting Hotel Europa.
