Hervorragendes, allumfassendes, grosszügiges Frühstück und Abendessen in Trattoria und Steinbock mit ausgezeichnetem Personal. Sehr aufmerksam, freundlich, kompetent, hilfsbereit, rundum Top Service. Die Gastgeber Walther sind best in class Gastgeber, präsent und aufmerksam. Eines der besten Häuser in der Schweiz durch die Kombination aus Top Hotellerie und persönlicher Atmosphäre. Der Wellnessbereich und das Schwimmbecken sind sehr schön mit einem breiten Angebot, sehr sauber und grosszügigen Öffnungszeiten. Die täglichen News mit Ausflugstips der Gastgeber sind sehr sympathisch. Die Inneneinrichtung ist fantastisch, in jedem Detail!

Cons:

Für Menschen mit Mobilitätseinschränkung sind die Zugangstreppen, der weite Weg zum Bahnhof, der Zugang zu den Restaurants nicht ganz einfach.
Im Wellnessbereich sollten die Gäste zwingend duschen vor der Nutzung des wunderschönen Hallenbads. Schlimmstenfalls müsste man sie darauf hinweisen bzw Schilder montieren. Die TV sollten gegen neue Geräte ersetzt werden.

I highly recommend!
Pros:

Hotel is beautiful, Owners take care of their guests all the time, staff is friendly and helpful, the ambience is luxurious but not pretentious, food is really good in all 4 restaurants.

Cons:

additional parking fee is quite ridiculous as well as some of the prices in bar or restaurant.
