Als wir aufgrund eines Verkehrsunfalls erst sehr spät abends ankamen, musste die Rezeptionistin unsere Ausweise, Adressen und alles andere erneut eingeben, obwohl wir diese Informationen bereits angegeben hatten, in den letzten Jahren mehrmals in diesem Hotel übernachtet und zwei Stunden vorher angerufen hatten, um unsere Ankunftszeit mitzuteilen. Es dauerte ewig. Der Empfang ist der schwächste Punkt von allem.
Das WLAN in unserem Zimmer funktionierte nicht. Wir gingen zur Rezeption. Dann funktionierte es. Dann fiel das WLAN wieder aus. Also gingen wir erneut zur Rezeption. Wir gingen mehrmals zur Rezeption, weil das WLAN einfach nicht funktionierte.
Das Servicepersonal im Abendessenbereich und das Abendessen selbst müssen verbessert werden
Und schliesslich: Obwohl wir unseren geplanten Aufenthalt, zwei Wochen später, aufgrund eines Verkehrsunfalls stornieren mussten, wurde uns weder aus Kulanz noch aufgrund der Umstände eine Ermässigung von der Hälfte oder auch nur einem Drittel des Preises gewährt. Überhaupt nichts. Wir mussten den vollen Preis bezahlen, obwohl wir wegen eines Verkehrsunfalls nicht übernachten konnten. Einfach enttäuschende Erfahrung.
