Personnel extrêmement gentil et souriant. Super vue depuis la chambre. Le restaurant était très bon et les produits de bonne qualité.

Le confort moderne dans le cadre naturel des pentes du Puy de Sancy

La chambre spacieuse, confortable et moderne.
La vue sur le Sancy, magnifique !
Le restaurant très bon.

Pros:

Great location with absolutely lovely staff. The fruit salad at breakfast w vanilla pods was sooooo delicious. The staff were extra sweet with our dogs.

Nothing. I would love it more if they added at hot tub!!

Situé très près des pistes de ski, on peut s’y rendre à pieds. Hôtel très calme et propre et bien équipé

Pros:

Personnel agréable et professionnel. Chambre propre, pratique, très confortable.
Le personnel a su être présent lors d’un problème de batterie de notre voiture pour nous aider à partir alors qu’ils n’étaient pas obligé !
