Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit und würden immer wieder kommen. Für alle die keinen besonderen Luxus brauchen aber gut
Pros:

Tolle Lage mit wunderschönen Sonnenuntergängen direkt am Long Beach . Aus unserer Sicht schönster strandabschnitt. Die strandbar war super und viele tolle Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir haben ein Upgrade bekommen und hatten ein riesiges Zimmer ,sehr sauber ,mit Blick aufs Meer. Das Personal ist sehr nett und bemüht .
Alles ist einfach gehalten ,uns hat es aber an nichts gefehlt . Würden immer wieder zurück kommen.

Cons:

Die ganze Anlage könnte einen Gärtner und etwas liebevolle Pflege gut tun ,leider gibt es auch keine Liegen und Schirme am Strand ,haben uns im Supermarkt einen Schirm gekauft ,wäre sonst am Strand nicht auszuhalten gewesen .

Excellent value for money, amazing service
Pros:

The rooms are spacious and very clean. The location is a 50metre walk to an amazing beach and restaurants everywhere. Also shops close by. The staff is amazing, very supportive on anything

Cons:

The beds are a bit hard, like everywhere in Thailand. But I am sure if you ask for a softer topper the amazing staff would arrange it

Très vieillot, décoration et installations hors d’âge
Odeur d’urine forte dans la salle de bain

Pros:

le seul point positif, et de loin, de cet établissement est son emplacement, à proximité de la plage.

Cons:

Une partie du personnel à la réception est détestable. Ils se moquent de vous (sourire narquois, aucune écoute, ordres directifs). Nous avons la très mauvaise expérience de rencontrer la réceptionniste. Cela fait plus de 30 ans que je voyage partout en Asie du Sud-est et jamais je n'ai reçu un accueil assi déplaisant. Il n'y a que l'appat du gain qui les intéresse.

Ils demandent de payer en cash ou par carte de crédit (commission de 4%) et comme par magie, les prix augmentent lors du décompte. J'ai dû rester plus d'une heure à la réception pour leur prouver que leurs calculs étaient incorrectes.

Les chambres sont sales, les serviettes de bain trouées, la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. Prix exorbitants pour la qualité et le service rendu

Some of the reception staff are awful. They treat you like dirt (smirks, no listening, bossy orders). We had a terrible experience with the receptionist. I've been traveling all over Southeast Asia for over 30 years and I've never received such an unpleasant welcome. They're only interested in making money.
They ask for cash or credit card payment (4% commission), and as if by magic, the prices increase when the bill is presented. I had to stay at reception for over an hour to prove to them that their calculations were incorrect.

A complaint has been filed with Booking.

Pros:

Lägget till havet 😀

Cons:

Kan inte komma på något direkt jag inte tyckte om. Vi hade en stuga på raden närmast havet med utsikt. Enda jag kan komma på att det var gott om små myror på altan och att vatten trycket i duschen var lite klent. :)

Pros:

Es war gut gelegen, jedoch sind die Bungalows sehr veraltet und der Preis nicht gerechtfertigt. Würden es auf keinen Fall weiter empfehlen.

Cons:

Unser Bungalow war unterirdisch, so daß wir uns beschwert haben das es definitiv kein angemessener Bungalow war für den Preis den wir gezahlt haben. Sie haben uns dann in ein benachbartes Resort für 2 tage untergebracht und danach wieder zurück in die Anlage mit einem etwas besseren Bungalow. Wir würden es nicht weiter empfehlen.
