They neither provide us towel bath kit ,no change of bed sheet next day ,they tell us for advance 1000 rs before our arrival and said it's not refundable, because they knew about their property they not provide cup of water ,don't have in house kitchen be rome till 10pm for food with kids , Darkness in lobby they cut off AC supply without our permission from outside,it's not hotel is like Dharmashala , toilet are in bad condition , literally I am shocked how can booking.com opt these properties.No fan regulator present fan swing in full speed, blanket are dirty .😞😞😞

Nothing I liked it was just a disaster stay for me suffered mosquito bites and proper ventilation and no proper air in the room the fan is so high that the air is not even spreading in the room.
We Reach in hotel at 7 A M hotel staff is very cooperative they provide the room without any extra charges. Room is too good according to price range. Location very near by golden temple.

Friendly and personal service
The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again.
