Room-Service nicht vorhanden, wir mussten uns um Toilettenartikel und Handtücher selbst kümmern. Die Zimmer waren nicht ordentlich geputzt bei Ankunft.

Bitte diesem Hotel und seiner Homepage nicht vertrauen. Keine Beschreibung entspricht der Wahrheit. Alle Angebote kosten extra. Frauenbereich ist sehr klein und dreckig. Der Service ist schrecklich mangelhaft. Die Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden nicht ausgewechselt. Keine Zimmerreinigung. Minibar nicht vorhanden. Pools nicht ausreichend. Das Essen schmeckt nicht. Es ist kein Personal da zum ansprechen. Probleme werden nicht gelöst. Für Essen muss man sehr lange laufen und anstehen keine durhgehenden Amgebote an den Pools. Für alle Becken ist eine Kopfbedeckung notwendig. Nicht kostenfrei erhaltbar. Handtücher muss man selber nachfragen ansonsten keine vorhanden . Nicht empfehlenswert.

Sauberkeit im Zimmer, Gängen

Toen wij aankwamen 03:00 in de nacht was de kamer nog niet eens schoongemaakt, dus hebben wij een vieze kamer gekregen. Bed was niet opgemaakt, er was geen handdoek, geen wc rollen, haartjes van de vorige verblijver, gordijnen hingen half los, balkon lag sigaret op de grond, kamer hadden ze niet gestofzuigd, bruine vlekken op de tv meubel kast, toilet niet schoon en de hoofd bord was stoffig. Receptionist had zelf ook foto's gemaakt en gaf aan dat dit niet kon. Ook geen andere kamer gekregen want die was er niet meer. Wij konden die nacht helemaal niet slapen, waardoor wij het ontbijt hadden gemist. In de ochtend aangegeven bij de manager en die kon er niks aan doen dan alleen een room change of uit het hotel en het geld terug krijgen van de overige dagen. Lunch was onhygiennisch eten lag naast de borden en ook helemaal niet schoon. Zwembad was ook niet schoongemaakt.

Vor dem Check-in wurde mir eine zusätzliche Gebühr von 624 € berechnet, ohne offizielle Rechnung. Die Hygiene im Hotel war katastrophal, es gab deutlich zu viele Gäste, sodass das Gefühl einer Massenunterkunft entstand. Während unseres gesamten fünftägigen Aufenthalts gab es keine Klimaanlage in der Rezeption, der Lobby und den Bereichen, in denen sich die Gäste zusammensetzen, was den Aufenthalt sehr unangenehm machte. Wenn man etwas brauchte, musste man es mehrfach sagen, da man ansonsten selbst nach einer Lösung suchen musste. Die Führung wirkte unorganisiert, jeder schien nur für sich selbst verantwortlich zu sein. Trotz mehrfacher Kontaktversuche mit Booking.com erhielt ich keine Antwort. Mir bleibt daher keine andere Wahl, als rechtliche Schritte einzuleiten, um mein Anliegen durchzusetzen.

Very disappointing – worst resort experience in Turkey

I stayed for one week in June, and honestly, this was the worst resort I’ve experienced in Turkey.
• Room cleaning was done only once in four days, even though I asked more than 10 times. I waited an entire day just for that, and the staff kept saying “they’re coming,” but no one came until late.
• No service at the beach at all — not even basic help or refreshments.
• The music around the pool is way too loud, you can’t even talk with your family. In the evening, they continue with the same loud volume even after 22:00.
• Only one lift worked all week, the others were broken and no one fixed them.
• The air conditioner in the room didn’t work properly, which made sleeping uncomfortable.
• Everything is self-service, but poorly organized and understaffed.

On the positive side, the nature around the resort is beautiful, and there’s a lovely old town just 2 km away. But that’s not enough to make up for the poor service and lack of management.

Also, the sea was too cold to swim during June.

They need serious improvements in staff, investment, and guest service. I would not return or recommend it.

Everything was under construction and nothing was as promised. The thermal pool and mud showers were closed, the spa wasn’t operational, and the water slides were not working. I brought my elderly parents specifically for these health-related services, and they were extremely disappointed.
The only available pool was an outdoor one, and it was too cold to use. The cleaning service was poor — the room wasn’t cleaned properly, and towels were just left on the bed.
The hotel should not be accepting bookings while under this condition. We felt completely misled and wasted our money.

The rooms were unfortunately not clean, which is extremely disappointing for a 5-star hotel. The windows were so smudged that it was difficult to see through them. There were stains on the table in the room that could have been easily removed, indicating that the cleaning was not done thoroughly.

Additionally, we did not feel comfortable in the hotel as the dress code is very strictly tailored to guests who wear headscarves. As a family that does not adhere to this dress code, we felt out of place.

Another negative aspect was the significant food waste. A large portion of the food on guests’ plates was discarded, which we found very regrettable.

We stayed at this hotel for a week, expecting a five-star experience, but unfortunately, our stay fell well below expectations from the very start. Everything felt rushed, and I would advise against paying at the hotel. We were overcharged due to a crazy exchange rate (just pay online/agent).

When we arrived in the room, I was shocked by the lack of cleanliness. The baby cot was dirty, and we had to request a different one. There was visible dirt and dust on surfaces, as well as mould in the bathroom. The room itself looked outdated and not what I would expect from a five-star property. We checked out two days early.

Overall, it was a disappointing experience, it did not meet our expectations considering the price.

Food wasn’t diverse. I am vegan but there were no vegan options at the restaurant.

Cleanliness could be better and staff didn’t speak any English, announcements or entertainment were not in English either.
