Nous n’y avons passé qu’une nuit donc difficile de faire un retour exhaustif. Appartement propre, pouvoir cuisiner est un plus, la piscine spacieuse et l’accès aux équipements sportifs.

Cons:

Le lit d’appoint pour deux personnes non confortable.

Pros:

This place was perfect for our stay. The apartment was spotless clean. Bed was really comfy and it was nice to have a duvet. Lots of cutlery,glasswear. There's a nice communal pool in the complex. Just a short walk to the IT park. It's a nice secure apartment complex too. Smart Tv was major added bonus.

Cons:

The immediate area outside the complex is very dirty run down, but the complex itself is very modern and safe.

Excellent stay♥️
Pros:

Everything was okay during our stay. The unit is beautifully decorated and very well thought out, making it feel cozy and comfortable. The host was nice and accommodating. The location is also great, close to IT Park, restaurants, and cafes, which made getting around very convenient.

The pool is huge, and we really enjoyed spending time there. Overall, a great experience and would definitely stay again!

Pros:

Wir haben die Wohnung für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Cebu genutzt. Mit Grab kommt man überall schnell hin. Das Apartment ist super sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Pool mit Sitzmöglichkeit sieht auch gut aus, konnten wir aber nicht nutzen.
In der Nähe auch gute Lechon Restaurants. Wir können House of Lechon empfehlen. Coole location und lustiges Personal.

Everything was perfect! The condo was spotless, cozy, and exactly as shown in the photos. It had all the essentials and thoughtful touches that made our stay comfortable and convenient. The location was excellent, close to IT park, and has lots of restaurants. The host was great in sending all the information we needed, made check-in and check-out super easy. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely book again in the future. Highly recommended!

I really liked how peaceful and quiet the condo was. Its perfect for anyone looking to relax and unwind. The location is super convenient too, with easy access ride services, so getting around is no problem at all. Plus, ordering food online is a breeze with lots of nearby options available for delivery. Overall, it’s a great spot for both comfort and convenience!

Cons:

The room itself was cozy and had most of what I needed for a comfortable stay. However, there was an unpleasant smell coming from the sink area (or somewhere nearby) It might be a plumbing issue, but it did not affect the overall experience. Hopefully it’s something that can be checked and fixed soon, because aside from that, the place has good potential and is in a great location.

Pros:

We had a very nice stay in this unit for 5 nights. The place is so comfortable and with amenities where you can relax.The owner maam Loida is very attentive and responsive in all our queries though we are only communicating through email. Staffs are friendly and helpful especially Gina the lady guard.

Cons:

The only thing which is not okay was the road going inside which is rough. Though it is out of the control of the owner of the place.Needs to be fixed by the Barangay officials I guess😊

Very noisy air conditioning
Pros:

Well furnished apartment. Clean. Nice staff renting the apartment and cleaning.

Cons:

The air conditioning is so loud that you can't sleep without earplugs. The security lady downstairs is very rude. She gave me the keys with great grace, even asking for sensitive data. I was there for a few days and she never once said "hello". She opened the door with great grace, making it clear that she doesn't like foreigners.
