Ich habe über Booking.com zwei Nächte im Louis & Louise Apartments & Rooms in Bremen gebucht. Aufgrund des neuen digitalen Check-in-Systems konnte ich nicht einchecken, da der SMS-Code nur an die bei Booking registrierte Schweizer Nummer gesendet wurde, die ich zu Hause gelassen hatte.
Ich habe sofort den Rezeptionisten angerufen und erklärt, dass ich erreichbar bin unter einer anderen Nummer. Trotzdem wurde mir der Zugang verweigert.
Wichtig: Am Telefon fragte ich ausdrücklich, ob ich ihn am nächsten Tag erneut kontaktieren könne, um zumindest für die zweite Nacht einchecken zu können. Auch das wurde verweigert – angeblich, weil man mich nicht identifizieren könne.
So ein völliger Wahnsinn: Anstatt eine Lösung zu finden, wurde einfach alles blockiert!
Der Mitarbeiter informierte mir am Telefon, dass er mich nicht erreichen konnte und sagte, dass ich mein bereits bezahltes Geld nicht zurückbekomme.
Meine Frau und ich standen fast eine Stunde draußen bei -1 °C und haben uns erkältet. Wir mussten kurzfristig ein anderes Hotel buchen, was zusätzliche Kosten verursachte. Bis heute habe ich keine Rückerstattung erhalten.
Fazit: Absolut unprofessionell und kundenfeindlich. Keine Hilfe, keine Lösung, keine Rückerstattung. Ich rate dringend davon ab, hier zu buchen!

Odalar rahat ve konforluydu. Merkeze yürüme mesafesinde ve ulasimi rahattı.

Cons:

Banyosu oda icinde bir bolum buğulu camla ayrilmiş. Kullanimi cok rahat hissettirmiyor.

Tolle Lage, schönes Zimmer, guter Preis
Pros:

Super Lage, wir sind mit der Bahn angereist, die 400 m kann man locker zu Fuß gehen. Freundlicherweise konnten wir das Zimmer schon um 13 Uhr beziehen und konnten somit den Rest des Tages noch gut nutzen, zumal das Hotel ja auch sehr nah am Zentrum ist. Das Zimmer funktional und neuwertig eingerichtet, alles sehr sauber. Zugang mit digitalem Schlüssel problemlos. Hervorzuheben ist noch die freundliche, schnelle und kompetente Kommunikation. Und, last but not least, angesichts der tollen Lage und des Zustandes des Zimmers sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

happy stay
Pros:

we booked a business trip for our colleagues, and they were very pleased with the online check in as well as the digital key.
It made they experience smooth and organised. The Apartments were in great shape and the communication with team from Louis and Louise was great as well.

Nothing really to complain about.

Cons:

nothing to add here, as we were very please with the communication beforehand and during the stay.

Außergewöhnlich gut
Pros:

Alles funktioniert super einfach. Man fühlt sich sicher, alles ist sehr sauber und man hat alles was man braucht. Die Lage war für uns perfekt.
Dass Netflix inbegriffen ist, war die Kirsche auf der Torte!

Wer geschäftlich anreist muss die Parkkosten mit einrechnen-die Unterkunft selbst ist top!
Pros:

Die Unterkunft liegt relativ zentral und man ist fußläufig zügig überall - größere Geschäfte bin ich mit dem Auto angefahren, dürfte mit Öffis aber auch kein Problem sein, denke ich.

Cons:

Gemäß Angabe gibt es einen Stell/Parkplatz, was nicht der Wahrheit entspricht. Gegenüber ist ein Parkhaus, ja aber dieses ist auch kein Sparspass, wenn man ab frühen Abend bis Morgens dort gastiert!
Rauchen vor dem Gebäude, kein Problem aber es gibt keine Aschenbecher, hier könte man nachbessern?!

Great stay, found the key system easy to use and the room nice and cosy with everything I needed and more

Cons:

Doesn't come with soap
Be careful to enter the right address if travelling by google maps - the same group own a different building down the road which caused me some confusion :D

Pros:

Владельцы апартаментов всегда на связи. В апартаменты можно попасть, используя электронный ключ, но был и магнитный, которым тоже мы пользовались. Расположение очень удобное: 10 минут до железнодорожного вокзала, 5 минут до автовокзала, 10 минут до самых красивых мест города. Еще один большой плюс - возможность прогулок вдоль канала, где деревья, утки, тишина, несмотря на фактическое расположение в центре города. Мы снимали апартаменты с кухней - вся техника в рабочем состоянии, посуды достаточно, капсулы кофе и чай ждал нас. Спасибо за гостеприимство!
