Pros:

Loved the assistance and the ambience of the room. Also the staff and services were really good.

Cons:

Referred one of my international friend where she wanted to check in early but they were not able to accommodate even after reserving due to C form regulations. Kindly PLEASE DO PUT A DISCLAIMER FOR INTERNATIONAL FOLKS SO THAT IT WILL BE HASSLE FREE

Okay for a short stay, nothing more.
Pros:

Location is good. Pretty close to the airport, even though it’s a bit inside some sort of back alley.

Cons:

Not very clean
Elevators don’t work for 1st floor
Room service was not efficient, had to go down asking for a bottle of water

Worst experience due to bad maintenance and bad service

Cons:

Not clean. No complimentary water bottle. Moulds on wall. No tioletaries provided. Unattentive staff even after repeated requests to send water bottle at room.

Room service, reception attitude, room cleaniness, lighting in the lobby.

Reception was having alcohol party with loud music at 12:00 midnight. I was with my wife.

Excellent and peaceful stay.
Pros:

I feel at home with vast natural greenery surroundings, well behaved & helpful staffs available for 24X7, nice room facilities providing all necessary items, prompt room service, most attractive part is well connected place and above all excellent stay.

Cons:

Full fledged restaurant facilities to be well developed.
