location near to metro station & all facilities near viman nagar can be accessed

I checked in and within an hour cancelled and moved out.
It is the worst place for a female to stay.
Unprofessional staff, mis behaviour, dirty place and horribly unsafe surroundings for a female solo customer.
No safety measure, no facility.

Excellent service, great food and extremely polite staff...loved the experience. Ample parking space. Clean room and bathroom. Absolutely 💯 perfect 👌.

Loved the assistance and the ambience of the room. Also the staff and services were really good.

Cons:

Referred one of my international friend where she wanted to check in early but they were not able to accommodate even after reserving due to C form regulations. Kindly PLEASE DO PUT A DISCLAIMER FOR INTERNATIONAL FOLKS SO THAT IT WILL BE HASSLE FREE

Okay for a short stay, nothing more.
Pros:

Location is good. Pretty close to the airport, even though it’s a bit inside some sort of back alley.

Cons:

Not very clean
Elevators don’t work for 1st floor
Room service was not efficient, had to go down asking for a bottle of water

Not clean. No complimentary water bottle. Moulds on wall. No tioletaries provided. Unattentive staff even after repeated requests to send water bottle at room.
