The location is great in Sunset Town, close to the ‘walking street’ and lots of restaurants/spa etc. Breakfast was very good and with the help of Fast we got a lot of good recommendations for the Island. The cable car to Hon Thom is a must! The room was spacious and had all you needed
Although there was a daily cleaning that could be better, small amount of mold on the sink etc. Beds were quite hard but that’s about the standard here.
The hospitality of the staff is at notch. Good service and location is near to the night market, kiss bridge and cable car.
The location is great, walkable to most part of the Sunset Town. Staffs are helpful too. Room is spacious and we can see the fireworks from Kiss of The Sea show from our balcony.
The lift can only fit 2 people and if there's a crowd you need to wait for some time.

Nguc was such a vibrant person. She was very helpful in getting us a motorbike to rent, suggested us places to eat, brought us to the nearest ATM and night market. When I requested for the room with balcony, she agreed and helped us to move the bags. We loved her hospitality. The room was so spacious and the balcony was overseeing the kiss bridge and the fireworks show.

Everything was great, especially the hotel staff. The one with glasses was super friendly and always responded quickly to my messages. I could even see the fireworks from the balcony — it was such a beautiful view. Definitely a 5-star experience!

the free breakfast is actually makes it easier for us to have option. but for muslim, ermmm its quite hard to have legit halal option, so need to pick vege or seafood choice only. the room is spacious for two. have every convenient things provided, even the choice of snack and drinks (have to pay obv). spacious toilets yess.
the water heater. i had to shower with cold water on the morning and night. i guess the heater not heating the water much.
Everything about this hotel is 5 star. A strategic location, a nice staff, a comfortable room. Thank you to Miss Chang a nice & helpful staff. I & my friends very enjoy when we stay here.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel a lot, the staff was exceptional. Although they didn't speak English well and we didnt speak Vietnamese at all, we perfectly communicated via google translate :) They helped us to book a Safari tour, cable car ride. The location was perfect as we got to walk around the Sunset Town and see the fireworks every evening. The room was super clean and with a perfect view :) I want to thank the staff once again :)
We particularly enjoyed the location and also our 5th floor balcony room, which looked directly out to the bay and all the events occurring in the evening. The staff were fantastic. Very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was included and was at a location a short walk from the hotel. Here too the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The lift was very small and very slow.
