What you can expect from a 3 star hotel
Pros:

The location is great in Sunset Town, close to the ‘walking street’ and lots of restaurants/spa etc. Breakfast was very good and with the help of Fast we got a lot of good recommendations for the Island. The cable car to Hon Thom is a must! The room was spacious and had all you needed

Cons:

Although there was a daily cleaning that could be better, small amount of mold on the sink etc. Beds were quite hard but that’s about the standard here.

Great location, fireworks everyday from balcony
Pros:

The location is great, walkable to most part of the Sunset Town. Staffs are helpful too. Room is spacious and we can see the fireworks from Kiss of The Sea show from our balcony.

Cons:

The lift can only fit 2 people and if there's a crowd you need to wait for some time.

Pros:

Nguc was such a vibrant person. She was very helpful in getting us a motorbike to rent, suggested us places to eat, brought us to the nearest ATM and night market. When I requested for the room with balcony, she agreed and helped us to move the bags. We loved her hospitality. The room was so spacious and the balcony was overseeing the kiss bridge and the fireworks show.

Pros:

Everything was great, especially the hotel staff. The one with glasses was super friendly and always responded quickly to my messages. I could even see the fireworks from the balcony — it was such a beautiful view. Definitely a 5-star experience!
