Pros:

Property was very conveniently located for getting the ferry. The volunteer working on the reception desk was extremely helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The door to my room didn’t lock, however the balcony sliding door does with no warning. Leading to me being locked out with an open door.

The general cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Leaves in the pool, unfinished bathrooms, dirty floors.

Great location, lovely staff, beautiful pool and comfortable room.
Pros:

Great location, close to the Main Street of Isla Mujeries and the beach. Super close to the ferry station which was convenient with our suitcases. Pool is beautiful and so refreshing. Staff were lovely and very accommodating. Our room had a mini fridge which was convenient. Sheets were clean and bed was comfy.

Cons:

Air conditioner worked well but struggled to cool the whole room at times. Water would pool in the bottom of the shower and the drain was loose so it would float around. Staff were so lovely so I sure this issue is an easy fix!!

La ubicación definitivamente es el gran plus

Cons:

En general, la estancia fue regular. Desde nuestra llegada tuvimos problemas con el baño, ya que el escusado de la habitación no funcionaba. Para solucionarlo nos cambiaron de habitación, aunque esta todavía parecía estar en una zona sin terminar o en “obra negra”. A pesar de eso, la habitación era cómoda.
Sin embargo, considero que faltan detalles básicos para la comodidad de los huéspedes: no proporcionan ni siquiera una barra de jabón y tampoco hay algún espacio adecuado para colgar la ropa, como tubos, ganchos o armario.
Además, la atención en recepción dejó mucho que desear. En varias ocasiones hicimos preguntas y las recepcionistas respondían que “no estaban en su turno” o contestaban de mala gana, mostrando poca actitud de servicio.
Creo que el hotel tiene potencial, pero definitivamente necesitan mejorar tanto las instalaciones como la atención al cliente.

La gentillesse de Luppi. Souriante et serviable, vraiment adorable! L'emplacement de l'hôtel proche du centre, calme malgré la proximité de la route. Avoir un frigo pour mettre de l'eau au frais!

Cons:

Même si nous sommes informés pour les toilettes, ils fonctionnent vraiment mal. Obligé de mettre de l'eau. La chambre est grande et manque de meuble. Ne serait-ce qu'une table, ce n'est pas grand chose...
Le fait de donner une caution alors qu'il n'y a rien dans la chambre, je ne comprends pas trop le principe...
Mais tout cela ne sont que des détails et n'empêche pas un bon séjour pour qq jours.
