Important information:

Full board rates include meals in the following order: lunch on the day of arrival, dinner and breakfast. Drinks are not included.

If you plan to arrive after 16:00, you must notify the hotel in advance.

Guests arriving after 16:00 may have dinner on the day of arrival and breakfast and lunch the following day. Check-out must be done before 12:00.

The half-board or full-board regimes do not include drinks.

The preferred bed type will only be confirmed upon arrival.

The indoor pool will be closed from June 1st to September 15th.

The indoor pool is open from 09:00 to 19:00. Access is restricted during matroswimming lessons.

The Belroy Complex is pet friendly. Service animals are allowed. Guests traveling with pets (dogs and cats) must pay a supplement of EUR 15 per pet, per night (includes a feeder-drinker and 1 bed). A maximum of 1 pet per room is allowed.

The property only allows pets with a maximum weight of 10 kg. Pets must be supervised at all times.

El sitio ideal para una estancia en familia o en pareja en Benidorm
Pros:

El hotel está a un paso de la playa y muy cerca de las calles más animadas de Benidorm (pero está bien aislado y no se escucha jaleo en la calle del hotel). Respecto a las instalaciones, son muy buenas, es estupenda la piscina cubierta y el Café París es ideal para una cena ligera. El desayuno está muy bien surtido.

Cons:

Estuvimos en la habitación 1603 y la cama, aunque grande, requiere un cambio de colchón porque en el lado izquierdo se había deformado un poco (vi que estaban haciendo cambios en el hotel, así que es posible que esto se resuelva pronto). También es necesario revisar la configuración de las televisiones de las habitaciones, pues a veces fallaba.

Modern good quality hotel in an ideal location
Pros:

Excellent modern hotel in an ideal location in Benidorm. The hotel was clean, the rooms were well equipped and modern, we have an excellent view as we booked a panoramic room, it had a large balcony too. We stayed half board and the food was good quality with plenty of choices. The hotel car park was well priced and a good size too. We loved our stay and would stay here again.
