Important information:

Full board rates include meals in the following order: lunch on the day of arrival, dinner and breakfast. Drinks are not included.

If you plan to arrive after 16:00, you must notify the hotel in advance.

Guests arriving after 16:00 may have dinner on the day of arrival and breakfast and lunch the following day. Check-out must be done before 12:00.

The half-board or full-board regimes do not include drinks.

The preferred bed type will only be confirmed upon arrival.

The indoor pool will be closed from June 1st to September 15th.

The indoor pool is open from 09:00 to 19:00. Access is restricted during matroswimming lessons.

The Belroy Complex is pet friendly. Service animals are allowed. Guests traveling with pets (dogs and cats) must pay a supplement of EUR 15 per pet, per night (includes a feeder-drinker and 1 bed). A maximum of 1 pet per room is allowed.

The property only allows pets with a maximum weight of 10 kg. Pets must be supervised at all times.

Pets are only allowed in the following room types: Classic City View, Superior Panoramic, Studio and Apartment.

A deposit of EUR 200 is required to cover possible damages. This amount will be refunded at the end of the stay.

Parking is subject to availability, as spaces are limited.

A relaxing 4 day break in a lovely hotel in the perfect location.
Pros:

Great location close to the beach, 10 minutes walk from the Old Town, and minutes from “The Strip”.
We had an apartment on the 14th floor which included a kitchenette with tea and coffee making facilities, and had great views.
TV included BBC 1 & 2 and ITV 1 & 2 plus other English speaking channels.

Cons:

The bathroom was a bit cramped, and the walk-in shower could do with a grab handle.
We would have preferred a double bed rather than 2 singles.
We would like to have had wine glasses and larger tea cups.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel

Er zijn verbouwingen bezig in het hotel. Daardoor is er erg veel lawaai van oa drilboor. Ik was ziek tijdens mijn verblijf dus dat was niet prettig.
2 werkmannen hadden ook mijn badkamerdeur nodig terwijl ik ziek in bed lag.
Op zich allemaal begrijpelijk maar een kleine compensatie zou wel op zijn plek zijn. Al was het gratis water bij de maaltijd...

Ik lag dit jaar op een kamer boven de receptie. Deze vond ik , naast de werken, ook te lawaaierig. Er is een bar onder waardoor er geluidsoverlast was.

Mijn vader verblijft er voor langere tijd in een appartement dat nog niet werd gerenoveerd. Dit is op en top jaren 60. Hij is gelukkig want heeft zo op de 15 de verdieping niet al te veel last van lawaai maar ook dat is te erg voor woorden dat ze deze aan de volle prijs aanbieden...

Would 100% book again!

Room location - Perfect level for us and also to access in and out of the hotel
Pool - Lovely pool area
Location to beach and main strip - Perfect!!
The shower - Loved the shower!!

Cons:

Lighting in the room - Poor in both the room and bathroom when it got to evening
Light in the hallway was a sensor light to using the mirror was extremely difficult.
