Important information:

Full board rates include meals in the following order: lunch on the day of arrival, dinner and breakfast. Drinks are not included.

If you plan to arrive after 16:00, you must notify the hotel in advance.

Guests arriving after 16:00 may have dinner on the day of arrival and breakfast and lunch the following day. Check-out must be done before 12:00.

The half-board or full-board regimes do not include drinks.

The preferred bed type will only be confirmed upon arrival.

The indoor pool will be closed from June 1st to September 15th.

The indoor pool is open from 09:00 to 19:00. Access is restricted during matroswimming lessons.

The Belroy Complex is pet friendly. Service animals are allowed. Guests traveling with pets (dogs and cats) must pay a supplement of EUR 15 per pet, per night (includes a feeder-drinker and 1 bed). A maximum of 1 pet per room is allowed.

The property only allows pets with a maximum weight of 10 kg. Pets must be supervised at all times.

Pets are only allowed in the following room types: Classic City View, Superior Panoramic, Studio and Apartment.

A deposit of EUR 200 is required to cover possible damages. This amount will be refunded at the end of the stay.

Parking is subject to availability, as spaces are limited.

This accommodations cannot hold bachelor or bachelorette parties or similar parties.

Pros:

Hotel so close to beach and both new and old towns. Rooms were so clean and well stocked with facilities. Beds very very comfortable! We had a balcony and made good use of it. Breakfast was lovely too with fresh hot and cold choices. Pool lovely, with lots of choices of beds in sun and shade, and even the pool towels were excellent quality - €10 refundable deposit. Staff very helpful.

La abitacion fue una de categoría cómoda y con muy buena vistas los camareros como recepción un diez no nos faltó nada gracias por todo desde valencia

No me gustó nada el trato con el cocinero un antipático y un puto egoísta ya que ningún día se le molestó para nada para un día que se le pide una tortilla de claras porque mi pareja no podía comer otra cosa se nos negó en muy malos modales y me fui y cuando fuimos a cenar me volvió a pasar lo mismo negándose a hacernos lo único que habíamos pedido ya que recepción y los camareros lo intentaron por todas formas para que nos lo icieran ya que a ellos lo mismo que a nosotros nos ablo mal malamente a ellos los echo de mala manera y con las mismas nos fuimos a comer y a desayunar fuera del hotel
