Important information:

Full board rates include meals in the following order: lunch on the day of arrival, dinner and breakfast. Drinks are not included.

If you plan to arrive after 16:00, you must notify the hotel in advance.

Guests arriving after 16:00 may have dinner on the day of arrival and breakfast and lunch the following day. Check-out must be done before 12:00.

The half-board or full-board regimes do not include drinks.

The preferred bed type will only be confirmed upon arrival.

The indoor pool will be closed from June 1st to September 15th.

The indoor pool is open from 09:00 to 19:00. Access is restricted during matroswimming lessons.

The Belroy Complex is pet friendly. Service animals are allowed. Guests traveling with pets (dogs and cats) must pay a supplement of EUR 15 per pet, per night (includes a feeder-drinker and 1 bed). A maximum of 1 pet per room is allowed.

The property only allows pets with a maximum weight of 10 kg. Pets must be supervised at all times.

Pets are only allowed in the following room types: Classic City View, Superior Panoramic, Studio and Apartment.

A deposit of EUR 200 is required to cover possible damages. This amount will be refunded at the end of the stay.

Parking is subject to availability, as spaces are limited.

Estancia muy cómoda y agradable.
Pros:

La comida estaba muy buena en general y con variedad suficiente para estar unos días.
Las habitaciones están bien aisladas, no se oye prácticamente el ruido de la calle.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado no se puede programar a la temperatura que quieras, hay que ponerlo y quitarlo manualmente, aunque si lo apagas antes de dormir, teniendo fresca la habitación, se mantiene bien la temperatura toda la noche y se duerme muy bien.

Está al lado de la playa, la ubicación es muy cómoda, al igual que la habitación!

Cons:

Dos ascensores para todo el edificio quedaban un poco cortos, tuvimos que ir varias veces por las escaleras, las bebidas (ni si quiera el agua) están incluidas en la comida/cena de media pensión. Pero el resto, todo genial

Highly recommended for a quieter stay in Benidorm.
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location: second line from the beach and right next to the bus stop for the express bus to Alicante airport.

Clean pool; no one was using towels to reserve sunbeds. Note: the pool faces the road, but is located higher up, so no one can see you. Daytime entertainment and competitions. Music evenings from Wednesday to Sunday. The best sangria in town :)

The rooms are very clean and serviced daily.

Phenomenal food! Large selection, several types of meat and fish for dinner.

Cons:

Fitness center/gym very small and poorly equipped.
