Important information:

Full board rates include meals in the following order: lunch on the day of arrival, dinner and breakfast. Drinks are not included.

If you plan to arrive after 16:00, you must notify the hotel in advance.

Guests arriving after 16:00 may have dinner on the day of arrival and breakfast and lunch the following day. Check-out must be done before 12:00.

The half-board or full-board regimes do not include drinks.

The preferred bed type will only be confirmed upon arrival.

The indoor pool will be closed from June 1st to September 15th.

The indoor pool is open from 09:00 to 19:00. Access is restricted during matroswimming lessons.

The Belroy Complex is pet friendly. Service animals are allowed. Guests traveling with pets (dogs and cats) must pay a supplement of EUR 15 per pet, per night (includes a feeder-drinker and 1 bed). A maximum of 1 pet per room is allowed.

The property only allows pets with a maximum weight of 10 kg. Pets must be supervised at all times.

Pets are only allowed in the following room types: Classic City View, Superior Panoramic, Studio and Apartment.

A deposit of EUR 200 is required to cover possible damages. This amount will be refunded at the end of the stay.

Parking is subject to availability, as spaces are limited.

Good hotel in a great location
Pros:

The hotel was in the ideal position for what I went for, also the breakfast was excellent, well cooked and a great range of food for everyone.
The check in was nice and easy and quick, although I did see a coachload arrive later which was a bit chaotic, so glad I missed that. The room was a single, a good size room with a balcony, nice comfy bed and kept nice and clean

Overpriced and not great
Pros:

Location was great and the staff were fantastic.

Cons:

The noise! People playing knock a door run and drunk parties falling up stairs all night long. Not to mention the thin walls… you can hear everything! We had to ask for the heating to be turned on. It turned out that the fuse in each hotel room had been turned off to save money so we were cold for the first night until they agreed to turn it back on given how much we paid. Furthermore, the toilet is hanging off the wall. Someone potentially to heavy for the floating toilet has cracked the tiles and meant the toilet is hanging forward. Made for an interesting first sit down, thankfully sat on the toilet as I nearly pooped my pants!

Ideaal hotel voor korte (1week) vakanties met 2 volwassenen als je dichtbij het centrum en het strand wil logeren.
Pros:

Dichtbij het strand, het centrum, het openbaar vervoer, restaurants, café’s, winkels. Alles op wandelafstand.

Cons:

Overdag en ‘s nachts veel lawaai (muziek van een discotheek of café in de buurt, verkeersdrukte…).
