bad and still going as have not for my refund yet
Pros:

booked with booking.com got to the hotel was told they don’t deal with reddoors or booking.com had to pay for the room again , the room was in poot conditions and i would not stay every again

Cons:

dirty , sheets statined , carpet dirty ,pillow are like rocks and not shore who is lying about the booking was it the staff at the hotel or reddoors or booking.com

Nightmare
Pros:

Went to check in they did not have my booking. Said they don’t have contract with booking dot com. Yet they sent me message about checking. Tried to contact Booking.com. 3 messages they never replied once very poor 4 days later said booking cancelled full refund. I was left with no bed. Luckily they had a room but cost more per-night than I had paid. I was RIPPED OFF by hotel and booking dot com. Airbnb would have been in contact straight away. Costly lesson learnt
