Vue magnifique de la piscine, très calme, j'étais toujours toute seule dans cette piscine. Chambre spacieuse avec un bureau, situation très très calme. l'hôtel prête des vélos et c'est très appréciable et donne des conseils sur plusieurs excursions possibles. On peut utiliser la cuisine et le frigo. Non loin de l'embarcadère pour les iles CHAM et l'hôtel peut vous gardez vos gros sacs si vous restez une ou deux nuits sur l'ile. Merci Lisa.
Dommage que le petit déjeuner soit seulement à 7h30 quand on a une excursion, il faudrait proposer des fruits, yaourts ou autre à emporter pour palier. Seule Lisa parle parfaitement anglais, ce n'est pas toujours évident avec les autres, très gentilles néanmoins. l'hôtel est loin du vieux quartier (mais c'est pour ça que je l'avais choisi pour être au calme). plage Cua Day Beach en travaux donc bof.
Absolutely stunning location in semi-rural outskirts of Hoi An, with beautiful views over the rice paddies (still a short grab ride to the centre or the beach, and with bikes available too). Lisa the receptionist was so lovely and helpful, recommending us a tailor and helping us with visas. The pool was gorgeous. Our room (countryside suite with bath) was stunning, very spacious and beautifully designed, with effective ac and fan. Breakfast was yummy, made to order. What a lovely stay we had!

Hôtel au calme et la chambre donnant sur les rizières. L eau de la piscine propre mais un peu chaude ( normale) . Je recommande et le personnel souriant et près à vous aider.
Le chambre devant la piscine la salle de bain n’a pas de parois de douche et l’eau mouille presque tout le sol surtout le wc .
Konecne mohu pozitivne ohodnotit nejake ubytovani ve Vietnamu. Mel jsem pokoj s vyhledem na ryzova pole, byl krasne cisty, svetly, utulny. Slecna na recepci velmi prijemna, dokonce jsem si pobyt prodlouzil. Lokalita je krasna, velmi klidna a ticha, v hotelu jsou zdarma kola, na kterych se muzete projet po okoli. Moc doporucuji

The staff was really nice and forthcoming! We really enjoyed their local recommendations and appreciate their help with booking trips and experiences for us in the vicinity! The room vas spacious and nice - the view wonderful (we lived at the top floor). And it was nice to come ‘home’ to a more quiet place than the city centre. We will definitely be booking this again, if we ever return to Hoi An!
It would have been nice with a cooler or fridge in the room (there was only a common minibar fridge on the main floor), since cold water or other consumables are nice to have close at hand. But the shared minibar was a great idea!

I give them 5/10 because, after we complained, they arranged a room for us at their other hotel closer to the beach and paid for our Uber transfer. However, this is simply the basic standard of customer service in such a situation. What was missing was a sincere apology and an acknowledgment that we had been misled about the room we booked.
They did not give us the room we had reserved based on the photos shown on Booking.com. Instead, they put us in a small economy room in the attic. The room had a glass entrance door covered only by a curtain, there was no proper shower, and my husband could not even stand upright in the bathroom. We paid for a Superior Room, as advertised in the listing, and what we received was completely different.
The reception had already closed before we arrived. When we called Lisa, who had been communicating with us until just ten minutes before our arrival regarding the payment for the driver she had arranged, she did not answer. Neither did the other contact person, Jade, whose phone number was displayed in the room.
We eventually had to raise our voices to the security boy, who was actually very kind. Even without speaking much English, he immediately understood what the problem was. It was obvious that this scam is a common practice here, with the excuse that the property is overbooked. But is not the guest's responsibility. They could have informed us honestly and politely via WhatsApp, as we had been communicating extensively before our arrival.
When you are placed in such a situation, you have every right to insist on receiving the room you booked or to be accommodated in an equivalent room elsewhere at no additional cost. If I would travel alone I my not insist of changing the room, and that's exacly what they are looking for.
What disappointed me the most was the attitude of Lisa. She clearly avoided admitting that they had attempted to mislead us. Instead of taking responsibility, she simply pretended to be sorry that we "didn't like the room" once she answered the phone.Of course I mind sleeping in a burning hot attic room with no privacy after paying four-star hotel prices in Vietnam.
Such treatment of guests is completely unacceptable.

Excellent location. Worth the money.
LOVED that it was situated within the rice paddies area and has bicycles you can use for free to ride around the rice paddies. The staff were also super friendly and very helpful! The room is so big and kept clean as well. We loved our stay so much! It's only a short drive from the main town (like a few minutes) but it's so worth it to stay here, and we much prefered that it was in a lesser touristy area, the quiet and fresh air was lovely!
