Pros:

The staff were amazing! Really attentive and forthcoming. I would visit again for the staff.

Cons:

I really didn't like the fact that I had "opted" in for the breakfast when signing in but each day after that I was charged for breakfast even though I had not attended or eaten breakfast.
The system is not correct. If a customer presents their room number when signing in for breakfast then they should be accounted for but if not then they should not be charged for breakfast.

A lovely hotel in a pleasant location in one of the most charming market towns in the Perche.
Pros:

The service from the evening reception was really marvellous. He went out of his way to be courteous, friendly and polite. He made our stay!

It was empty-expensive and breakfast a disgrace-sachet cappuccino I think and no choice as we were only people staying at hotel!

la grande gentillesse et la qualité de l'accueil

Cons:

La chambre initiale qui nous a été proposée était vraiment minuscule avec une micro salle de bain, vraiment limite pour 138 euros. A ma demande, nous avons été placés dans une chambre plus conforme au prix et à l'hotel.
