Pros:

The hotel is at a very prime location and the rooms are very spacious, with big rooms with attached balcony
The place is very neat and clean and nicely maintained, would recommend it highly for all travellers who are looking for a budget-friendly and luxurious stay
The staff is very friendly and ready to assist and their food is very tasty and they offer good variety of menu

I found everything excellent there, neat and clean rooms, welcoming staff members. Location, as it's quite close to my office. This hotel is having ample parking. I strongly recommend this hotel for those who are looking for accommodation near Medanta hospital or sector 47

Cons:

Not clean, the rooms reek of termite and other stuff. It took us a few hours to get rid of the smell. Bed sheets had stains , washroom was pathetic . Staff was non courteous and didn’t provide water in the room even after calling reception multiple times . It’s a third grade hotel positioned like a value for money stay

Can be a "value for money' for some but for me.....NOOOOOOOO
Pros:

Behaviour of the staff, tariff, which can make the hotel a bit "value for money" for a lot of folks who doesnt bother much about cleanliness and hygiene.

Cons:

There was a free breakfast but I did not opt for it. Because last time when I said, the breakfast area was full of flies, the plates were dirty. For 3 days the WIFI did not work at all. Which is simply crazy. For 3 days the shower did not work. And for all of them, multiple requests were made but they just politely apologised and said, we are working on it, but till the end, it was not solved. For 3 days I asked to provide a mosquito repellent but did not reach to me. Food is unnecessarily spicy and costly. Overall a 3rd visit, big NO.

Amazing hospitality, Nice rooms, nice facilities, on toes staff.

Cons:

Was charged over MRP for few products. Water bottle: MRP 20, charged 33.

Balcony was like never cleaned, very dusty.

Further, was not given even single water bottle.
