Everything the location was perfect mai hich is really beautiful and calm, you can have lunch and dinners at the homestay and they’re very good and worth it for the prices. I would recommend this place if you want to relax and explore by bicycle and the staff is lovely !

The location was absolutely beautiful, on a lovely path that felt like a real community and surrounded by gorgeous mountains and rice fields. They have new mattresses that are so comfy and was lovely waking up and hearing the rain. Ms Thao and her husband were so welcoming and prepared amazing food for breakfast and dinner, and great entertainment on the Friday night of local dances and karaoke. The pool was also a great way to start the day. 10/10 would definitely stay again !

The homestay is in a nice and quiet area, it is as good place to relax. We rented bikes and explored the area. The owners are very kind and helpful. We ate at the homestay and the food was very tasty and portions were large.

There is a very welcoming atmosphere in Mai Hich Farmstay. It is really nice place to stay and explore around. Owners are very nice and always smiling and also helped with bike rental. All the meals we had were delicious. We enjoyed evening performance with traditional dances that we were also invited to participate. Thank you!

The staff were incredible, very helpful and kind. The food was also fantastic, they just kept bringing me out more and more amazing food, and it was so cheap which is nice on a backpackers budget! Would 100% recommend, I know I will be back

Our stay was simply terrific! A wonderful, super nice and helpful family, the food was among the very best we had, tasty, plenty. The place is very Cosy, comfortable and right in a little village. The room and facilities were comfortable, clean and very nice. The scenary is amazing, you get bikes and can just start exploring. Very good place with kids.

Thao was an amazing host, very sweet and welcoming. We loved our time at the farmstay. Cozy rooms with privacy with the curtains. We also appreciated the mosquito net very much. The mattresses were hard but very comfortable, perfect for us. The location was beautiful , very peaceful, just rent some bicycles and go. Breakfast and dinner were delicious as well, make sure to go for the surprise dinner, it’s worth it.

The host family are the most hospitable and kind people. Genuinely the most welcoming hosts I've ever met. Thao is an excellent cook too, who makes sure you won't go hungry - sometimes there was too much food for me! The dorm room is spacious and the beds are comfortable, with a mosquito net provided.

The location is a beautiful small town, and the accommodation imitates the traditional style of housing in the area.


When you consider these things and the price, it is excellent value for money and a worthwhile place to stay.

Everything was perfect. Such a peaceful environment. The staff were all amazing and friendly. And the dinner that was cooked for us was the best meal we have had in Vietnam.

The value for money was incredible. Would definitely stay again!

The place is in the middle of a beautifull countryside and just perfect to relax. The owner Thao and her Family run the Business together and do it pretty good. They are very kind , helpfull and warm hearted.
