Manager unhelpful, uncooperative and deceptive.
It’s a very comfortable, clean and cozy room with a walkable distance to the beach and local community. There are also many good restaurants, juice bars, venders and massage shops in the area too.

Perfect hotel staff and place
It is a lovely hotel and the rooms are very comfortable. It is well located within walking distance to the beach and other restaurants and bars.
Lovely stylish decor
A shelf in the shower for shampoo etc. would be useful.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect - just a short, walkable distance from the best beach on the island. The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful, always making sure we felt welcome. The room was beautifully designed, fresh, and well-maintained with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.
However, there is one area that could be improved. During our week-long stay, there was no housekeeping service, including cleaning, towel replacement, or even a toilet paper refill. It would be great if regular housekeeping could be provided to enhance the overall experience.
The hotel room has every amenity you need. The bed was comfortable, the shower was really good, there is a fan, air conditioning, a fridge, bathrobes etc in the room. The room was decorated beautifully. You can really feel at home at this hotel.
Nothing the hotel can do about this, but still something important to note: the area is built up like a french district, a lot of empty houses though which is a bit weird. To get an authentic asian/vietnamese experience you need to drive to other areas on the island. But this is nothing against the hotel itself which was beautiful and perfect to stay at.
The room's design was absolutely picture-perfect, making it easy to capture some stunning photos. Its proximity to the beach was also a major plus. A unique, though slightly unsettling, feature was the timer on the shower head.
The bathroom cleanliness needs attention. Specifically, the drill in the bathroom appeared unclean, and the toilet paper provided was of poor quality. The room's strong perfume was overpowering. While the photos online were appealing, the actual room didn't quite live up to expectations. Our Superior Double Room (18 m²) lacked a balcony and suffered from dim lighting. A larger room with a balcony would likely offer a more enjoyable experience.
Everything top notch! Beautiful comfortable hotel, 5 min walk from the beach, staff pleasant and welcoming. Hope to come again!
