Pros:

Very nice hotel with a very nice spa area. Very close to the port and within the town. Very good value I would say. Nice rooms.

Pros:

Goed ontbijt, rustige plek, mooie kamers. Personeel in het restaurant heel prettig en vriendelijk.

Cons:

Hotelpersoneel legt geen enkel contact met gasten en lijkt weinig gemotiveerd. De sauna bleek defect terwijl dat een belangrijke reden was om voor dit hotel te kiezen. Hierover geen bericht vooraf, met veel pijn en moeite kwamen er excuses.

Perfect stay
Pros:

The room was excellent – very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Everything was exactly as described and in perfect condition. The bed was very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. The location was also great and convenient.
I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it. Everything was perfect!

Pros:

Pequeno almoço bom e variado, piscinas interior e exterior com boas condições, quarto limpo, amplo e confortável. Os funcionários da recepção e pequeno almoço são simpáticos e disponíveis! O restaurante do Hotel tem também excelente qualidade e serviço.

Cons:

Poderiam incluir bolo levedo ou massa sovada ao pequeno almoço assim como o tradicional chá dos Açores no quarto em vez do atual internacional. Os balneários femininos da piscina interior estavam fora de serviço.

A good modern hotel, but clearly lacking in customer-oriented approach.
Pros:

Large mordern rooms, close to the port

Cons:

For the first time we encountered a situation where the hotel refused to store our luggage for 1 night, citing the hotel being fully booked, even though we had contacted the hotel in advance. At other hotels in the Azores, this is usually not an issue. There were also some misunderstandings at check-in, but they were resolved after negotiation.

Cons:

The majority of the staff seemed totally uninterested and not very service minded - no hellos or good mornings - it just gave the experience a flat feeling.

Quarto de dimensões bem generosas acima da média e muito confortável

Cons:

Funcionários da receção e do pequeno almoço nada afáveis, chegando a ignorar os hospedes, este é um ponto em que têm MUITO a melhorar.
Pequeno almoço deveria ser bem melhor e mais diversificado para um hotel 4 estrelas

Melhor escolha para o nosso aniversário!
Pros:

Quarto amplo e com capsulas café/ chá e água de oferta. Vista dos quartos. Staff 5* especialmente restaurante.

Cons:

Não foi não gostar, apenas achamos que o check in às 16h é um pouco "tarde" para um hotel (sugestão: 14h ou 15h), em contrapartida o check out às 12h é um ótimo horário.

Pros:

Près du centre ville de la petite ville de Madalena et du départ pour le traversier pour faial ( 18 minutes à pied , 5 minutes en voiture ) .Les chambres en façade ont une belle vue sur la mer .Chambres bien équipées , lits confortables, petit déjeuner buffet très complet.piscine intèrieure et extèrieure , spa et sauna sur place . Parking facile d’accès à l’arrière

Ontspannen verblijf op het mooie eiland Pico
Pros:

Mooie ruime en erg schone kamer met een fijn balkon met mooi uitzicht op Horta. Het ontbijt was lekker. Het diner was heel goed en het restaurant is gezellig ingericht.
Het personeel was vriendelijk en de spa vonden wij heerlijk.

Cons:

De afzuiging in de badkamer klonk heel hard en bleef lang aan. Ook was de badkamer donker en de douchevloer erg glad. De ontbijtzaal vonden wij niet zo gezellig.
