Lamentable
Pros:

El SPA

Cons:

La llegada feu lamentable. El recepcionista me dojo que no encontraba mi reserva, cuando la tenia hecha y pagada. Después la encontró. Teníamos que haber llegado el día antes, pero nuestro vuelo se retrasó y la conexión a Pico no nos esperó. Así que teníamos pagado el hotel desde la noche anterior. Pese a ello, el recepcionista sostenía que no podríamos hacer el check in hasta las 16 h, lo cual resulta increíble si tienes una habitación ya reservada y pagada desde el día anterior. Le dije que si no me la daba de inmediato me la tenía que reembolsar, pero él me dijo que me entendiera con Booking. Ante mi ostensible enfado, finalmente otra persona del hotel le indicó que nos diera las habitaciones. Nos dieron ls peores que tenían. Una experiencia muy desagradable. Y en general el personal de recepción muy poco amable

מלון חדש ומאובזר היטב.מחיר יחסית יקר. קרוב לסופר גדול .נהננו בשהייה בו.

Very confortable and quiet stay, excellent location, friendly staff.
Pros:

It’s very comfortable and quiet, very clean and tidy, the room is super spacious, the toiletries are of very good quality, restaurant and breakfast food of high quality. Top rated view to Pico!

Cons:

It was a bit complicated to have responses from the staff when I asked them to call me at my room. They’re super friendly and super well intentioned, I just missed some feedback at times. And in the spa area, it was super clean and neat but the jacuzzi water was too hot and the sauna didn’t seem to working.

The hotel is a five star hotel 😍🙌
Pros:

The rooms were spotless and fresh smell.

Cons:

The desk staff was very rude, didn’t even greater me! Even when I left they didn’t say nothing, no goodbye, no have a good day!
Sad because it’s such an amazing hotel!

Ruime kamers met zicht op de Picovulkaan.
Pros:

Zeer ruime kamer en gevarieerd ontbijt. Ons als grapje bedoelde verzoek om een foto van een topless Tom Selleck op de kamer te krijgen werd met de glimlach ingewilligd. Het personeel was afwisselend heel attent tot ongeïnteresseerd.

Cons:

Het hotel was erg goed, maar de pasteis de nata bij het ontbijt konden veel, veel beter! Jammer. De deur van de badkamer was ook bevreemdend zwaar. Niet iedereen van het personeel was even warm en attent.
