Parfait
Pros:

Rapport qualité prix exceptionnel, le lieu offre de vraies prestations de qualité et la famille est adorable.

Cons:

Recommended comfy stay.
Pros:

Fairly central. Comfy beds. Clean facilities.
Close to yummy 2 and Milo’s which are good restaurants.
Helpful hosts who allowed us to check in earlier- sorted bus tickets as well.

Cons:

Stains on laundered bed sheets (obvious old stains) but still smelt laundered so didn’t complain.
Pool is smaller than pictured (but weather wasn’t great so didn’t use it anyway).

Cons:

Accueil par une gentille dame qui ne comprenait rien. Nous n avons jamais rencontré la patronne. Donc aucune explication.
Restaurant fermé le soir
Pas d eau chaude
On a voulu réserver un bus pour Hanoï deux jours avant. Plus de place dans le bus car la propriétaire a fait la demande trop tard. 1 ère fois au Vietnam.. par nous même nous avons réussi à avoir une place dans le bus de 9 h

Stanza bella, bagno con doccia grande, acqua calda, struttura curata, smart TV, piscina, un cagnetto affettuoso gira per l' hotel, l' offerta per la gita in giornata nella baia è stata più conveniente dei preventivi chiesto alle agenzie locali, con pick up e ritorno direttamente sotto l' hotel

Cons:

È sulla collina , se vi muovete a piedi farete un po' di salita. Abbiamo avuto sfortuna e a causa di un matrimonio nel ristorante vicino all' hotel abbiamo dormito poco, ma di solito dovrebbe essere più silenzioso

Pros:

Joli petit hôtel très bien tenu. L’hôtesse est très accueillante et très gentille, prête à vous rendre service. Cadre très agréable avec patio et piscine pour la relaxation.

Cons:

Nous sommes malheureusement arrivés lors d’un mariage qui avait lieu à proximité, la musique et la fête nous ont rendu le repos un peu difficile.

Naprosto skvělé ubytování. Paní nás ubytovala dříve než byl check-in. Půjčila skútr, zařídila výlet do zátoky Lan Ha za supr cenu a taky autobus do Ninh Binh.
Vřele doporučujeme. Na Googlu nemá profil, vede si jen Booking.

Eine gute Entscheidung.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns bei der Buchung einer spontanen privaten Bootstour unterstützt. Der Motorradverleih hat ebenfalls unkompliziert funktioniert, ohne große Vorplanung.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war etwas spartanisch, aber man kann ja überall und jederzeit Essen kaufen.

Very nice stay on Cat Ba island
Pros:

Nice and responsive host. You can arrange tours through them which is very convinient.
Good size room and bathroom, quite comfortable bed. Everything was very clean.
This was a very satisfactory accomodation for 3 night stay.
Location was verry good - away from the touristy areas but with some great local eating places. Walking distance to the ahrbour and to Cat Ba town center.
We highly recommend this propoerty for Cat Ba stays.

Cons:

Included breakfast had very limited food selection.
Almost no storage aside from some wall hooks. It was fine for our short stay but may be a problem for longer stays.

Nice place , clean rooms , nice pool area . Only downside is its a bit of a walk up a step hill from the main restaurant area if you do not hire a scoota but still do able.
