Never again
Pros:

It was a nightmare. The room was very very very dirty, sadly. It was full of girls who live there, with all their stuff and luggages and there was no space for my stuff. The smell was disgusting in the room, with all the food waste on the floor. The bed was really hard and the light of my bunk wasn’t even working. The WiFi neither. The bathroom was nasty, never found toilet paper in there.

Cheap but you get what you pay for
Pros:

It was a cheap hostel in the middle of Shanghai and the staff were very friendly although they didn’t speak English we managed with a translation app

Cons:

It wasn’t very easy to find, and you had to enter through a different hotel to get to the lift. The room was quite small with the only bathroom being inside the room, and it wasn’t very clean
