Solo qualche piccola nota.
Il soffione della doccia perdeva. E nel bagno non c’era un tappetino per uscire dal box doccia e non bagnare tutto. Ho dovuto comprare un cencio.
La tenda alla finestra non oscurava troppo ed è un problema per la notte

Für den Preis hatten wir uns doch einen anderen Standard erwartet . Teilweise fehlten Nachttischlampen auch keine Lampe über dem Wohnzimmertisch dafür aber eine riesige Lampe überm Couchtisch die eher im Weg war. Die Möbel waren stark abgenutzt und bei einigen Schränken noch viele Reste von Klebeband was nicht entfernt wurde . Die Möbel kamen anscheinend aus einem gebraucht oder Restpostenlager .

Geen parkeergelegenheid. Parkeren in parkeergarage maximum 24 uur, dus na 24 uur auto verplicht naar andere garage rijden. We betaal gemak met app of kaart. Probeer minimaal bagage mee te dragen want is nog wel een kilometer lopen. Maar vanuit het appartement heb je geen auto meer nodig, alles op loopafstand dus de lokatie maakt voor ons alles goed 👍

No lift working

Aufgrund der zentralen Lage ist es am Wochenende nachts sehr laut.

First, the comms. I had no response to messages or texts. There’s a sign in the room telling you to get in touch if the alarm goes off and can’t be silenced, but no information on how to get in touch! Fortunately, between the residents, we were able to silence the alarm.
Then there are the pillows. These were 34cm square, smaller than most sofa cushions. All the loose parts of the sofa had been removed too, so you could not use those to substitute. I had to stuff my towel inside the pillow case each night! The absence of the sofa cushions also made that impossible to sit on if you’re shorter than 1.65cm, as the seat is too deep without the cushions. Many of the cupboard shelves are similarly inaccessible unless you stand on a dining room chair. There’s a coffee machine with about 100 paper filters - but missing the come needed for the filters to sit in. And no response, not even a polite refusal to the request for a bigger pillow. Fix those, and put a couple of hooks in the bathroom, and you’ll easily get a 10, as you have so much going for you, it’s a shame to spoil it for ‘a ha’path of tar’ as we say in England.
Note too, there is a lift in the building, but the ground floor entrance is in a pub, and the lift isn't powered up. So we had to walk up the stairs each time to floor 4 - not a problem for us, but be aware if you're less mobile.

There is no lift - or rather it is (permanently?) out of order, which is tough when you have large suitcases to carry up several floors. The shower is a wet room and very basic (also very wet!). There is no kettle, so we had to use the coffee machine to boil water for coffee & tea. We had difficulty getting access when we arrived as the key safe for our room (407) was not working, but the owner came promptly and showed us that a different key safe was being used (though this should have been made clearer).

Poor maintenance - main overhead light didn't work (custodian came and couldn't get it fixed until after we would be gone), dishwasher was not working, and by the look of the sign attached, it hadn't been for some time.

Un peu bruyant certains soirs car bar juste sous les fenêtres.
Équipement de cuisine pourrait être optimisé
