Good location, nice room not really dog friendly.
Pros:

Clean, easy to get to and user friendly.

Cons:

If you are going to accept dogs you should fence the back area in and make sure that it is clean. There was a dead rabbit in the yard. It had been there for some time.

Overall good stay and a short easy walk to the historic district.
Pros:

It has great proximity to the historic district. It’s only a block away, so a very short walk. Given the time of year (Dec) the property and area was empty, so I had no problem parking immediately in front of the building.

Cons:

Parking is available, but limited. More than likely you will wind up parking further away and paying for parking.

The bathroom door doesn’t have a lock. Given there’s only one bed you’re probably intimately familiar with anyone else that’s staying with you, but I still prefer a locking bathroom door.

This visit to Charlottesville was made simple and leisurely because of this properties location and amenities.
Pros:

Soooooo close to the Jefferson Theatre and downtown Charlottesville!! Was a 5 minute walk to anything that we needed.

Also the property was adorable. Had everything we needed and was super clean and easy to access. 10/10 would stay here again!

Cons:

Nothing really, this was a great trip!
