Pros:

The staff were very friendly and very helpful. Our room was clean, and there was always enough hot water. The bathroom could do with a refresh and more hooks!

Ont oublie de laisser la carte devant l’accueil comme convenu donc impossible de récupérer ma chambre à 22.00.
Numéro d’appel d’urgence sur répondeur donc impossible de joindre qui que ce soit.
Heureusement que connaissant du monde dans la station j’ai réussi à faire appeler qq un qui vienne me donner la clé sans ça j’aurais du dormir dans ma voiture. A 190€ la nuit c’est juste honteux.
Le lendemain pour compensation on m’a proposé de m’offrir le petit dej et donner deux gourdes.
Bref nul nul nul, je déconseille très fortement.

Must improve Covid-19 restrictions
Pros:

It is the second time that I have stayed in this hotel, the first time being in August 2021 when I found it very comfortable and hence decided to book here again. Aside from bottles of hand sanitizer placed around the hotel, I was extremely disappointed that no other measures against covid-19 were being taken. Staff did not wear masks, even when handling food at breakfast or at the reception. The room where breakfast was held was small and the buffet a free for all. Many guests did not wear masks either and dirty plates were not cleared away, but were left on the table for over an hour. I felt extremely uncomfortable in the lobby, the restaurant and the breakfast room. (This attitude was in strong contrast to the Tignes Funiculaire where staff checked to ensure everyone was wearing a mask on every train.) Otherwise, the hotel is nice, the staff are nice too, but I would not stay here again in a pandemic. Sadly, they seem to have overlooked the memo.
