Pros:

Gute Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus. Privatsphäre war sehr gut.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung war recht einfach gehalten. Kein Bademantel auf dem Zimmer. Es gab nur Kräutertee und keine weitere Auswahl. Die Frühstücksausstattung war gerade so ausreichend, aber nicht reichhaltig. Das Abendessen war sehr teuer für die Produkte, die angeboten wurden. Zimmerservice gab es nicht nach der ersten Nacht.

Pros:

Отличный опыт для путешествия по Японии! Вкусное вино и еда в ресторане (выбирал меню заранее). Красивый и романтичный номер. Остались только положительные эмоции.

Excelente estrutura
Pros:

Estrutura do quarto muito boa. Empréstimo de bicicletas também foi um diferencial pra acomodação. Tour pela vinícola muito bom, pelo funcionário simpático e com ótimo inglês.

Cons:

O treinamento dos funcionários e o serviço ainda deixam muito a desejar para um hotel desse porte. Não tem arrumação de quarto, troca de utensílios usados no café da manhã, recolhem o café e deixam xícaras sujas, talheres. Staff não tem o inglês e não entende do menu.

Pros:

Fantastic architecture, very friendly staff…own hot tub is absolutely awesome!

Location is so-so….huge parking lot and supermarket directly in front….

Overall, we had two amazing days and would highly recommend it to others.
Pros:

Very nice appartement, great staff and in beautiful surroundings.

Cons:

The place is a bit far away from the city and not easily accessible with public transportation.

Pros:

The Hotel is brand new.
Exceptional room, modern and spacious , featuring refined furnitures and equipped with all facilities including a private, external hot bath.
Rooms are immersed in a tranquil, secluded green environment.
Really good breakfast served in the room.
Overall a pleasant stay.
You need a taxi or your own car to reach main amenities.

Cons:

It feels the management and staff need to step up to cope with foreign guests as it should be expected.
Too many tiny rules are enforced so it is essential to set your preferences straight in advance with the staff to avoid confusion.
Dinner was somewhat disappointing as we could not even order a dessert (some industrial type ice cream was offered instead). It felt the kitchen capacity is limited and the staff lack of flexibility.
