The place is a bit far away from the city and not easily accessible with public transportation.

It feels the management and staff need to step up to cope with foreign guests as it should be expected.
Too many tiny rules are enforced so it is essential to set your preferences straight in advance with the staff to avoid confusion.
Dinner was somewhat disappointing as we could not even order a dessert (some industrial type ice cream was offered instead). It felt the kitchen capacity is limited and the staff lack of flexibility.

The service content and process need improvement. We had to carry our large luggage ourselves from the car, across a gravel-covered landscaped area, and then pass through a shared space used by both the reception desk and the restaurant before reaching our room. Throughout the entire process, there was no assistance from any staff—not even help with opening doors. Unfortunately, this felt somewhat inconsistent with what we understand as the spirit of Japanese hospitality.

Later, we discovered that cars can temporarily stop at a side entrance, allowing luggage to be loaded and unloaded smoothly without having to pass through the restaurant, the gravel area, or multiple doors. It is unclear why the staff did not inform or guide us about this option during check-in.

We believe this was an oversight that led to a less-than-ideal service experience, and we hope it can be addressed and improved promptly.

They don’t provide socks. They charge extra for sheets. Service is average.

We stayed in January it was cold outside and inside. The heated floors are there and it makes life easier but they are located only in some spots and there is none in the toilet for example. In the morning it was really fresh, you do not want to get out of bed let alone taking a shower
You also have to mind the presence of rules that makes the preparation a bit stressful but once you complete that all is smooth. I am talking about choosing a time slot for breakfast, dinner, making a menu choice in advance …and believe me if you think that you can agree on changes when you are there you are wrong, it all goes as planned with minimum changes
My take on that - I admire haut couture, boutique winery vibe, but sometimes when travelling you want to flexibility in timing of your breakfast, lunch and dinner. And you come to relax and that includes avoiding making choices at the time of booking. And surely IMHO

一、隱私的問題：淋浴區是玻璃門，沒有隱私，淋浴出來就是泡澡忽外陽台的門，也是玻璃門，沒有隱私。就算是泡澡區有一面百葉窗可以放下，但另有一半是可以看到院子的地方的百葉窗，只有左邊一半，另右邊還是可以看到淋浴間。
二、晚餐的問題：
1.湯的內容太薄弱，沒喝到什麼東西。
2.烤香肉會有小魚刺，對某些人來說吃起來很不方便。
3.如果我們住3晚，而且都會在你們的餐廳用餐，菜單會換嗎？
三、語言的問題：我們只會說中文跟英文，還有一點點日文，跟服務人員主要靠英文溝通，但服務人員的英文好像也還好，溝通上會有一點困難。
四、其他問題：
1.面紙盒只有灌洗的洗臉盆的旁邊有，床邊或客廳桌上沒有，有一點不方便。
2.垃圾桶只有灌洗的洗臉盆下有一個，而且不大，我們住3天沒有整理房間，沒有關係，但垃圾桶太小，而且只有一個，很不方便。
3.貴飯店貼心的準備了大、小湯匙，但面對豐富的早餐，沒有插子、沒有筷子，只能用手拿、果醬奶油沒有抹到，只能使用小湯匙去挖出來，很不方便。
4.戶外拖鞋太小，穿不進去。既然已經貼心的問住客早晚餐的時間、內容，可否順便問一下穿幾號鞋？
5.冷暖氣機的聲音很大聲，會影響到睡眠。

A suíte moderna, apesar de ser excelente, fica um pouco fria no inverno. Talvez por ser muito grande e com pé direito alto. O ar-condicionado não consegue aquecer o quarto adequadamente. Não há serviço de limpeza todo dia, mas em dias alternados.
