התארחתי במלון והייתה לי חוויה נהדרת. החדר היה נקי ומסודר, האווירה הייתה נעימה, ארוחת הבוקר הייתה טעימה והשירות היה מצוין.

אני רוצה לציין במיוחד את יוליה, שנתנה לי שירות יוצא מן הכלל. היא הייתה אדיבה, מקצועית, סבלנית וקשובה לכל בקשה, ותמיד קיבלה אותי עם חיוך. בזכותה החוויה שלי הייתה אפילו טובה יותר.

Very disappointing stay because of the early morning drilling noise and lack of help from reception.
Pros:

The location was convenient, and the hotel looked nice.

Cons:

I had a very bad experience because there was loud drilling noise starting from around 8:30 in the morning. I could not sleep or rest properly. I called reception several times and asked them to stop or help with the situation, but unfortunately nothing was done.

מלון טוב במיקום מעולה
Pros:

המלון נמצא במיקום מעולה, מאפשר טיול נוח באופן רגלי בסביבה, ביום ובלילה.
ארוחת הבוקר מצוינת והאווירה נעימה מאוד. טרקלין שבו אפשר להנות מנוף העיר עם יין, קפה וכיבוד קל מוסיף המון.
בחדר מכונת קפה, בקבוקי מים ובקבוק יין קטן.
הצוות אדיב, נעים ושירותי.

Cons:

המזרן והכריות ברמה לא טובה, גרמו לשנינו לצאת בכאבי גב, לאחר שינה לא מספיק טובה.
כאשר סיפרנו על כך לפקידת הקבלה בבוקר העזיבה היא השיבה שהנושא מוכר לה ורבים מתלוננים.
חבל!

שירות מצוין החל מהקבלה, בחדרים תמיד מים וקפה, מגבות מתי שצריך מחליפים, בקומה 10 יש טרקלין שפתוח עד 21:00 מתי שרוצים כיבוד, שתייה, יין וקפה עם נוף לנחל בנימין ולים, חדרים ברמה גבוהה. בהחלט נחזור שוב גם המיקום קרוב להכל.

וגם ארוחת בוקר יחסית דלה למלונות ישראליים (יותר מזכירה מלונות באירופה )
