Pros:

Sehr nettes Hotel in toller Lage; freundliches Personal.
Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen.
Das Zimmer war liebevoll gestaltet und perfekt ausgestattet, zudem sehr sauber.

Cons:

Der Sauna-Bereich könnte etwas gemütlicher sein; da wir eine Sauna zur eigenen Nutzung auf dem Zimmer hatten, ist dieses aber nur eine winzige Anmerkung.

Pros:

Frühstück und Lage top, gem. Beschreibung. Freundliches Personal top gepflegtes Hotel mit allerlei Schnickschnack.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Ein großes Lob an alle, die unseren Aufenthalt durch ihre zuvorkommende Art so angenehm gemacht haben.

Die Einrichtung ist sehr gut gelungen, fast schon ein Boutique Hotel. Unser Zimmer war sehr gut mit Markengeräten und -kochutensilien ausgestattet. Die Dusche und die Saune waren klasse. Auch der TV war auf einem aktuellen Stand. Wir hatten sogar zwei, einen im Wohnzimmer und einen im Schlafzimmer, beide gleich groß.

Die Tiefgarage ließ sich gut "beparken". Wir fahren ein Mittelklasse SUV und kamen sehr gut zurecht.

Reichhaltiges und leckeres Frühstücksbuffet mit einem Minus (s.u.). Angenehm, dass sie Musik nie aufdringlich laut oder unpassend war.

Alle haben unseren kleinen aber nicht immer besonders ruhigen Hund sehr lieb behandelt. Dafür nochmal besonderen Dank :)

Cons:

Beim Frühstück gab es immer wieder Engpässe, die zwar nach Reklamation zügig behoben wurden, aber jeden Morgen aufs neue auftraten. Das Rührei war stets heiß begehrt und meistens schnell aus. Auch der Orangensaft und das geschnittene Obst waren gerne leer. Da wäre etwas mehr frühzeitige Kontrolle, um die zuneige gehenden Dinge schnell wieder aufzufüllen, bevor sie ganz weg sind und der Gast sich "beschweren" muss vielleicht sinnvoll.
