Locatie,op 5 km v Gotthardtunnel

Cons:

Kamers en faciliteiten,was gewoon een oud huis waar wat kamers in gemaakt werden, gemeenschappelijke wc en badkamer voor iedereen. En dit voor meer dan €300. Schandalig!

Wg. starkem Modergeruch, schlafen nur bei offenem Fenster. Due to mould smell sleep with window open

Die Lage direkt unter der Gotthard Autobahn ist perfekt, um eine Pause zu machen, wenn man weit fährt und nicht alles am Stück schafft.
It's a good place to stay if you have a long trip and need a rest. Directly underneath the Gotthard motorway, close to the tunnel.

Uns hat ein viell. 13 jähriger Junge empfangen, der dann auch versuchte (telefonisch mit Papa) unsere Probleme zu lösen. Das fanden wir schon merkwürdig.
Das Zimmer im 2 Stock war von den Ausmassen OK. Es gab aber keinen Papierkorb, in der Ecke sassen Spinnen, die Fensterbänke und Fensterläden starrten vor Schmutz.
Im Haus war es miefig und roch nach Rauch. Auch wurde unter unserem Fenster auf einem Balkon geraucht und das roch man natürlich auch im Zimmer.
Das W-LAN ging im 2. Stock nur manchmal.
Das Licht (oder der Lichtschalter) im Gemeinschaftsbad funktionierte nicht, man war nachts mit Taschenlampe unterwegs.
Mir wurde in einem Kühlschrank in einer (privaten) Küche Platz für Lebensmittel eingeräumt, das war derart dreckig und speckig, das ich mich ekelte. Wir sind am Morgen schnellstmöglich abgefahren. Nie wieder! Und das für stolze 143 Euro (135 CHF). Unverschämt!

Its in decline. BBQ area/patio, Really!!! all overgrown. Right on busy road.

Pros:

Very good value for money. The room was large, comfortable and clean. Toilet was clean. I'd recommend messaging the owner directly advising of your arrival time as they don't read the time you enter on booking.com.

Cons:

Storage heater is a bit clunky and noisy, but it was ok because it wasn't too cold when we were there.
