Pros:

Staff is attentive, room service, laundry service, hardware lock from inside, drawer with key&lock instead of a safe, en suite bathroom.

Cons:

I didn’t find from Booking.com page that the bedroom shares living, kitchen etc. with other two bedroom. 11sqm bed room is a bit small to be relaxed, and shared living room is not for that.

I couldn’t find this shape only from the name of this hotel.

Location, facilities and staff. Do not book unless you are aware of the following. You will have to share your room living area and bathroom with a stranger. We booked a delux queen room, which transpired to be an apartment.Each apartment has 2 small bedrooms with a key card to access each room- no vetting or agreement on who could you share with - extreme concerns on hygiene, safety, privacy and security- we had to leave immediately and seek alternative accommodation at our own expense at 5am ,having paid in advance, with a refusal of a refund from the management. The manager was very belligerent and refused to refund our payment made hours previous - horrible experience

Overall a good stay.
Pros:

We stayed in the 1bhk apartment. WThe property was very clean. All the staff were welcoming, friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

Bathroom size is too small. Poor water pressure in the shower.

This was one of the most disappointing “service apartments” I’ve ever stayed in. The kitchen was barely usable: not enough pots or pans, no ladles, cutlery, plates, bowls, or glasses, and not even basic items like a tea towel, kitchen rolls or washing liquid. You had to keep asking for everything, which was an absolute inconvenience. The bathrooms were poorly stocked with only one towel, a dirty floor mat, and a shampoo/shower gel dispenser that leaked and was always empty by morning. Hot water was a constant problem—the geyser kept switching off, leaving the shower cold most of the time. The restaurant food was below average, with inconsistent portion sizes and watery dishes. The location was awful. Despite requesting a cancellation via Booking.com I ended up paying over ₹10,000 unnecessarily. For ₹10,000 a night, the service and quality are far below acceptable.
