Pros:

Staff terrible ( morning girl with black currly hair (be careful is rude and unpolite she can let you without breakfast )) , no English and rude.

Pros:

La ubicación al lado del Tranvía de Tophane y Galataport.

Cons:

El desayuno, muy poca variedad y sin apenas opciones para niños. Sin opciones de calentar/tostadora.
Mucho calor en las zonas comunes debido a la calefacción. Limpieza mejorable, no nos hicieron la habitación un par de días y nos dijeron que teníamos que dar aviso previamente en recepción si queríamos que la limpiaran.

Výjimečný hotel ve skvělé lokalitě
Pros:

Poloha hotelu je absolutně skvělá. V ulici spoustu obchodů a kaváren a přitom to je velmi klidná lokalita. Tramvaj kousek, Galataport kousek. Na Galata věž jsme koukali z okna. Velmi příjemný a ochotný personál.

Cons:

Snídaně by mohly být bohatší a pestřejší.

Hotel avec un sérieux manquement aux règles d'hygiènes

Cons:

Séjour extrêmement décevant dans cet établissement. La chambre était dans un état d’hygiène inacceptable dès notre arrivée : présence de poils un peu partout, salle de bain visiblement non nettoyée, verres contenant des résidus et des poils, ainsi que de nombreuses traces et taches orangées.
Nous avons signalé le problème dès le lendemain matin. Une partie seulement a été nettoyée, et il a fallu insister lourdement auprès de l’hôtel pour obtenir une solution. Nous n’avons finalement changé de chambre qu’au bout de trois jours, sans réelle amélioration de la situation.
Le ménage est réalisé de manière très approximative : absence d’aspirateur, déchets laissés au sol, entretien global négligé. Les draps ne sont changés que tous les quatre jours, contrairement à ce qui nous avait été annoncé.
Pire encore, le personnel a retiré les savons de la salle de bain avant notre départ, comme s’il craignait que nous les emportions, ce qui reflète un manque total de professionnalisme.
Globalement, un établissement sale, mal entretenu et mal géré. Expérience très négative.

Pros:

Все було добре, ми прекрасно відпочили в цьому готелі. Гарні сніданки, стабільний wi-fi, великі кімнати.
Але найкраще це персонал готелю, всі дуже ввічливі та уважні!
