Pros:

This was our second time staying at Won Residence and Spa and we were so grateful for their kindness and hospitality. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the facilities were clean and lovely with a beautiful garden, pool, rooftop bar and dining area and reception and breakfast area. We were so pleased to be able to stay again and would recommend Won Residence to our family and friends.

A wee gem in the heart of Siem Reap - Highly Recommended
Pros:

Stayed there in December 2025 but only getting round to writing the review now - this is more a reflection of my organisational skills rather than the property! This is a wee gem of a place tucked away from the main streets so it's super quiet and calm and a respite from busy Siem Reap. The staff there couldn't have been more attentive and helpful and as it's such a small hotel we pretty much felt like we had the place to ourselves. The pool and garden area was lovely and our rooms were massive and great value. It's a 5 minute Tuk Tuk ride to Pub Street (or you could easily walk) and the hotel would also organise private trips to Angkor Wat upon request.

Cons:

It was fine for me but the hotel only has stairs to upper floors so if you had mobility difficulties and needed a lift this property wouldn't be suitable.

Un super séjour dans un super endroit
Pros:

Super bel accueil en français, endroit très joli et à taille humaine, excellent petit déjeuner, personnel super gentil, piscine très appréciée, resto en terrasse sur le toit. Nous y avons passé 5 nuits, qui ont passé beaucoup trop vite. Chaudement recommandé

Pros:

Our stay was amazing. The staff was so helpful and kind with us and our kids. They helped us at every step, from the airport pick up, organising a two day visit across Angkor wat with a great tuktuk driver, and interacting with our two young children. Our room and hotel in general is also spacious, well setup, and very nicely decorated. When we come back to Siem reap we know where we stay

Notre séjour avec nos deux filles au Won Residence a été absolument parfait du début à la fin ✨

L’emplacement est idéal, le centre ville et les commerces sont facilement accessibles tout en restant dans un environnement calme.
L’hôtel est magnifique, très bien entretenu, avec une atmosphère reposante qu’on a adorée après nos journées de visites.
Le petit déjeuner est excellent, varié et de qualité — un vrai plaisir chaque matin !

Mais surtout… le personnel 🥹❤️ D’une gentillesse incroyable, toujours souriant, attentionné et aux petits soins. On s’est sentis accueillis comme à la maison.

Une adresse que nous recommandons les yeux fermés, sans la moindre hésitation. Merci encore pour ce merveilleux séjour 🙏

Un excellent hôtel à Siem Reap
Pros:

Petit hôtel très agréable. Le personnel est au petit soin. Il s'occupe de tout et peut organiser vos visites et vous trouver un guide si vous en avez besoin. Les prix pratiqués sont tout à fait raisonnables. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et très frais. En ce qui concerne le restaurant, l'attente est parfois un peu longue mais la cuisine vaut le détour. La chambre est très spacieuse et confortable. Très bon rapport qualité-prix. Je recommande.
