Pros:

Мне понравилось что за эту цену получилось хорошо отдохнуть и есть свой бассейн.
Вежливый персонал, выполняет все просьбы.

Cons:

Единственный минус расположен далековато от центра до magic city, Seoul mun ехать 30 минут на такси.

I liked breakfast and prom reaction from the staff to the queries.

Pros:

С момента заселения и до выезда всё было на высшем уровне. Очень вежливый и внимательный персонал, всегда интересовались, всё ли устраивает.

Номера чистые, уборка регулярная, всё аккуратно. Завтраки вкусные, обслуживание везде на хорошем уровне.

За всё время проживания не возникло ни одного замечания. Остались только положительные впечатления.

Персонал хороший.
Адекватно реагируют на просьбы.
Помогают по возможности.

Cons:

В принципе все хорошо.
Но, над мелочами надо поработать:
1. В зоне бассейна (в душевых надо установить бочку для ополаскивания холодной водой)
2. В номерах обновить полотенца (попадаются уставшие варианты)
3. Ватные ушные палочки поставить в зоне бассейна.
4. Поставить вазу с конфетами на ресепшн.

Pros:

Отель уютный, чистый. Персонал вежливый и приветливый.

Cons:

Завтраки скудные. К 9 часам все холодное и заветренное. Думаю этот момент можно продумать и решить.
Уборку надо просить чтоб сделали. Не всегда моют полы и через пару дней пыльно очень

Один из лучших отелей Ташкента! Совершенно точно стоит своих денег!
Pros:

В городе нужен ещё один такой же отель!) Места на всех не хватает. Очень популярное и приятное место.

Cons:

Не хватает возможности обедать и ужинать в ресторанной зоне. Зона есть, а повара нет(
А так же хотелось бы, что бы был трансфер.
