Not hygiene and clean, poor facilities, staff or workers being careless, no respect for customers. Hotel door lock is not reliable.

There was no such thing as cleanliness and hygiene and very poor facilities.

Rooms can be more clean and they should use some room freshner to remove odd smell. And provide water cooler at second floor and third floor also with RO water. The lights were good. Carpet area is small as per three beds one double and one single they should provide a chair and table for the guest. The double bed mattress were soft but single bed mattress was hard they can make it also comfortable for the guest

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had as a frequent traveler and Genius Level 3 member on Booking.com. The hotel’s location was hard to find, with no designated parking despite claiming to offer free parking—my car had to be left on the roadside with no safety assurance. The room was a complete scam, advertised as 502 sq. m. but barely 10 sq. m., cramped, windowless, and suffocating. My family, including my elderly parents, felt extremely suffocated throughout the night due to the lack of ventilation. The room was filthy, with spider webs, smelly burned blankets, and walls covered in tobacco spit. The bathroom was unsafe, with exposed electric wires and AC pipes, no shower, and an unbearable odor. The room, claimed to accommodate five adults, was not fit for two. At a price comparable to a 3-star property, this hotel delivered the lowest standards I have ever encountered. I had to sleep in my car because the conditions were so appalling. The misleading 8.1-star rating on Booking.com is a disgrace, and I have requested a refund for this terrible experience. This property is unsafe, unhygienic, and a complete scam—avoid it at all costs.

This entire experience felt like a scam. The hotel does not meet even the basic standards of hospitality. I strongly urge Booking.com to reevaluate this listing and adjust the rating appropriately to reflect the true condition of the property.
