I would not stay here again.
Pros:

The hotel shows its age. The bed & bedding were comfortable. The room HVAC didn't work very well. The water pressure was good in the shower. It was walking distance to a variety of restaurants. The breakfast was good, but limited.

Cons:

There was no elevator to the 2nd floor. The ice machine on the 2nd floor wasn't working.

Cons:

No Elevators , bed were what the kids called lumpy and bumpy. the air condition sounded like it had gerbals on a hamster wheel in it. not a comfortable night at all.

it was well worth the money.
Pros:

Our overall experience was wonderful.
The room was clean.
The staff were pleasant and the breakfast was well worth the stay.

Cons:

The only bad thing we could say is the shower and bathtub faucet did not work properly.
The water just trickled out.
It was really hard to bathe,
but that is about the only thing we could fault.

Location , quiet and near by places to eat. Walking distance of nearby areas. Felt like a safe location.

Cons:

Construction and the room did not have hot water. Sewer smells kept filling the room which made us gag.
