Pros:

Rooms was very confortable for 3 people. Breakfast is good with good choices. Parking is very good also.

Cons:

The pool could use some renovating. It's good but you can see that it's aging.

Hôtel calme, reposant pour une parenthèse ressourçante

Très bon accueil, hôtel au calme dans la nature, avec piscine intérieure, jacuzzi et chambres spacieuses et bien équipées, belle déco et excellente literie
Belle salle de restauration, jardin très agréabe avec nombreux transats et chaises longues.
Restaurant au top … endroit reposant avec une belle musique d’ambiance.
À deux pas du lac pour une balade avant ou après le dîner ..

Cons:

Manque petit frigo dans la chambre, une poubelle dans la salle de bain. Avons réservé une table pour le dîner en extérieur mais suite incompréhension entre les membres du personnel, nous avons eu une table en intérieur .. ce qui n’a pas le meme charme, la serveuse a manqué de communication et n’était pas très agréable à l’inverse de tous les autres. Hammam ne fonctionnait pas.

La situation est idéale , au calme et on peut se rendre à pied à Divonne, la chambre est confortable , climatisée et la literie au top , j'ai apprécié la piscine et le restaurant également. Tout est très bien

Cons:

Si la salle de sport était climatisée ce serait extra , mais c'est un détail.

Pros:

L'accueil très bienveillant, la chambre avec la belle terrasse et une literie très confortable, le restaurant au top tout est excellent et nous avons même eu droit à une soirée BBQ. La direction et le personnel sont vraiment aux petits soins pour les clients, on ressent une belle harmonie dans l'art de recevoir le client, c'est assez rare pour être souligné ! et notre chien aussi a beaucoup apprécié tout cela !!

Sehr schönes Hotel - familien- und hundefreundlich
Pros:

Das große Familienzimmer mit den großen Balkonen war einfach super und komfortabel. Sehr sauber und ordentlich. Gute Ausstattung samt Bademänteln und Schlappen.
Bei jeder Reinigung wurden auch die Betten frisch bezogen.

Cons:

Kein Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer.
Kein Gemüse (Tomaten/Gurken usw.) beim Frühstück und beim Müsli fehlte etwas Gesundes.

La chambre est spacieuse, propre, bien insonorisée, lit confortable, climatisation fonctionnelle.
La piscine est agréable avec nombreux jets pour massage, transats disponibles intérieurs ou extérieurs

Cons:

Un petit frigo serait apprécié dans la chambre.
Remettre du thé/tisane/café sur le plateau de courtoisie lorsque ça manque.

Pros:

Services un peu juste pour un 4 étoiles . Deco sympa et neuve dans les chambres . Douche pas au top dans la salle de bain. Vu sur d'autres bâtiments avec vis a vis. Bon restaurant .

Cons:

Accueil: on nous a fait attendre a notre arrivée car le réceptionniste déjeunait .
on nous a changé de chambres , douche ,TV, connexion wifi, ne fonctionnait pas.
