Pros:

L'accueil et la disponibilité du personnel, la déco raffinée mais pas clinquante, les fauteuils si confortables, la chambre avec vue sur le lac, le bar et sa musique juste parfaite, le repas et évidemment la piscine et le jacuzzi. Bref, tout était parfait !

Un séjour magnifique
Pros:

Cet établissement est un véritable havre de paix. Tout le personnel et le directeur sont aimables et accueillants, la piscine et le jacuzzi c est une merveille. Si vous voulez vivre un séjour magique aller au best off both sans hésitation, et ils ont une cuisine exceptionnel, un vrai délice.

Best of Both in Divonne is a gem! Great cuisine, comfortable accomdations and wonderful staff!
Pros:

Friendly staff, comfortable room and great sauna/pool/ fitness area. Excellent breakfast and dinner.

Pros:

Hôtel très calme avec vue sur le lac. Chambre très propre très bien équipée, literie top. Personnel très accueillant, espace balnéo très bien, petit déjeuner varié et copieux.

Magnifique et reposant 🦋
Pros:

L’amabilité du personnel, convivialité et chaleur humaine du personnel

Cons:

Dommage que le Hammam était hors service mais suite à cette incident le sauna nous a été ouvert exceptionnellement par le personnel de l’accueil

Le confort, tout est très cosy. Personnel adorable.
Petit-déjeuner buffet délicieux. Spa avec accès libre.

Cons:

Manque un frigo dans la chambre et une armoire accessible pour ranger les vêtements lors d’un séjour de plusieurs jours.

Très bon séjour !
Pros:

Etablissement "Baby Friendly", nous avons été très bien accueilli avec notre enfant, on nous a même proposé de profiter de l'espace détente avec notre petit, beaucoup de chaises hautes à disposition et lit bébé prêt à notre arrivée !
Etablissement très calme, propre, bien disposé, personnel à notre écoute et à notre aide.
Espace détente complet, sauna très grand ! Beaucoup de zones de massages dans la piscine

Cons:

Chaud dans la chambre et petit déjeuner peut être un peu classique.
Hammam en panne mais ça arrive.
