Réservation annulée le jour J par le propriétaire !
Pros:

L’annonce m’a attirée. L’appartement semblait propre et agréable.

Cons:

Le propriétaire m’a informée le jour de mon arrivée a 13h de l’annulation de ma réservation pour cause de surbookong.. il n’a pour autant pas annulé la réservation malgré ma demande. J’ai dû contester booking directtemét par téléphone afin d’être remboursée. Cela m’a mise en grande difficulté pour retrouver un logement car tous les hôtels étaient complets.

A short but very enjoyable stay.

Nice room but no internet one full evening and night
Pros:

I liked the room. Very Nice and clean room in a lively neighbourhood. And Close to all the center market and main attractions but have to give it a low score because of no internet which should be a no brainer basic service!

Cons:

Internet did not work for a whole evening. With the help of another guest who had a local phone we contacted the manager/owner (who can only be contacted by whatsapp) to let her know and she said she would look into it but still no internet all night. That is really a problem for a travellor.
Also my 2 good friends whom i came here to meet and stay tgr at the same hotel with were sent to the owner’s other hotel (igo 2) because here was overbooked (no warning, only told so on arrival) . They were sent about 7 blocks away to one studio with two tiny rooms (instead of two separate rooms) and yet still had to pay the price of the original two rooms. Very unprofessional. I even wondered if this overbokking was not a regular thing done intentionally so as to fill their other hotel.
